Why anyone thinks this girl's skin is any of their concern is beyond me. She's a talented young lady who's only obligation to any of you is to give you your money's worth when you listen to her music or see her movie.

frank acevedo, its not illegal if you're 17 and have a guardian's permission to get the tattoo. When I got my tattoo there was a waiver the guardian had to sign and the artist checked my ID to make sure I was of age. When i went to get a touch up a 17 year old was there with her parents to get a tattoo. It all depends on the state, not your opinion.

People just need to make sure the tattoo is something they want to get because it costs an arm and a leg more to get rid of it so you're pretty much stuck with it you're whole life. make sure its something you want.

I totally agree with you Driver. There is certainly nothing wrong with her having a tattoo and personally it is none of anyone else's business why she has it. I do think it is great that she did this in honor of a friend.

i think a lot of it is because of where the tattoo is, which means some adult was doing a tattoo right next to an underage girls breast, that's probably why people are freaking out.

Secondly, I highly doubt you are a "tattooer" as you claim, they refer to themselves as tattoo artist & I hope you aren't based on your spelling. Then again you may be like the "tattoer" who gave my brother in-law a misspelled & backwards tattoo, I guess there are a bunch of really bad tattoo artist out there.

Why do all you people b*tch about Miley Cyrus? So she got a tatoo. As a highschooler, I know that there are many teenage girls with tatoos. You people treat her like a scapegoat for everything she does. People say she wears revealing clothes, that she's overly sexual in performances, and a score of other things so long I don't have time to name them all. Just because we have made Miley Cyrus a big star on an even bigger pedestal doesn't mean that she should be used as a role model. If you don't think her actions are appropriate, don't watch her show.
