Levi Johnston Likes Being a Gay Icon

On 'The Joy Behar Show,' host Joy Behar grilled Levi Johnston about being a gay icon, a role the father of Sarah Palin's grandchild who recently posed for Playgirl takes in stride.

"Someone just told me there's a gay porno movie with a look-a-like of you, how do you feel about all of that?" Joy asked.

"Let 'em do what they're going to do," Levi answered. Watch

Behar bluntly asked how he felt being a gay icon, despite his conservative roots.

"Growing up in Wasilla, I've never seen a gay guy in Wasilla, I don't think," Johnston said.

"Once I started doing all these tours and everything, I just, you know, they're people too. It doesn't matter to me, more fans, it's great," he added.

As a gay guy, I'm kinda offended that he thinks we somehow "admire" him and think of him as an "icon". Me (and all of my gay friends) pretty much laugh at him.
[Plus considering he spent so long working out in the gym for his Play Girl shoot...he's not even that hot.]

I didn't hear him say he thought he was a gay icon. That "great" interviewer did. I heard him say he didn't care what people thought. More power to him!

Its appropriate that Behar sometimes hangs out on Larry King. They both ask those oh so probing questions!

GO Levi! Take your 15 minutes of fame and run with it! Milk it for all it's worth...I agree, write a book, spill secrets and MAKE CASH. If Levi were not so discusting, I would feel sorry for him. Did he not realize Joy was making fun of him? Does he not know the left will just use him to make fun of Sarah Palin? This is a kid with no father figure and a mother who was arrested and convidted for selling drugs. Any chance of having a real life is with taking care of his son not being on Play Girl. Besides, he isn't that great looking.
