Pauly Shore Claims Brother Is Mistreating Their Sick Mom

Pauly Shore has taken legal action against his brother, accusing Peter of elder abuse towards their sick mother and of fumbling their business affairs.

In court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the 'Encino Man' actor/comedian claims his mom Mitzi Shore has been "rendered susceptible to unscrupulous behavior and other undue influence because of her condition." The lawsuit states that Shore has become concerned with his brother's treatment of their mom, who has Parkinson's Disease.

The Shore family runs The Comedy Store, a Hollywood comedy institution. Peter is currently the CEO of the company and is accused by Pauly of "improperly" removing him from the Store's board of directors and failing to provide financial reports to him.

The lawsuit doesn't map out any demands except to ask Peter to provide Pauly with an accounting report and updates on how he's been running the business.

A rep for Pauly told RadarOnline.com, "This is a personal family matter that will be handled privately."

Shore starred in a short-lived reality show in 2005 about running the family business, titled 'Minding the Store.' It centered around him trying to revamp both his acting career and The Comedy Store.

It really makes me laugh, how so many that know nothing about someone other then what they surmise can think themselves experts and at liberty to make some A-Hold statements about someone. Too bad that slander can't be charged and money awards granted against the mindless posters. The really important fact in this story is that apparently the mother has been being abused by her other son. Shame on you that think you know something but may know nothing..

Well, I thought Pauly Shore's movies were very funny and entertaining, if a bit silly, but what's wrong with silly once in a while? Just goes to show that there are many different tastes in entertainment.

Its nice to know someones looking out for their aging, sick mother. Most people are too busy looking out for them selves, and couldnt care less about others. Our parents took care of us, as we age, its our turn to take care of them when they get ill. To take neglect a sick person is a crime. I hope Paulie gets rid of his pathetic brother, and takes care of his mother the way she deserves.
