Janine Lindemulder on Sandra Bullock Custody Battle

Actress Sandra Bullock and her husband Jesse James are facing a fierce custody battle with James' ex-wife Janine Lindemulder. Although Bullock helped her husband raise his 5-year-old daughter Sunny while Lindemulder was in prison for tax evasion, the mother is fighting to get her daughter back. In a new Life & Style interview obtained exclusively by PopEater, Lindemulder explains her controversial career - she is a porn actress - and why she wants to regain custody of Sunny.

On staying in porn: "I like my job. I'm good at it. I've been a porn star for 23 years. It's what I did right out of high school. If I won the lottery, would I do it? No. I don't see myself in this for very much longer."

On making too little to support her daughter: "That's why I'm not going into the courtroom saying I want her completely now. But I do have 50 percent legal custody."

On child support from Jesse: "I'm not getting any money from Jesse. What would make him happy is if I just vanished off the planet. I'm in fear of what Jesse's capable of doing. [I suspect that] he had a hacker erase 30 e-mails from when Sunny was born. The e-mails said, 'I don't want Sunny to have my last name. Find her a new daddy.' After he showed no interest in the first six months, I moved to Oregon. He said, 'Good, the farther, the better.' He wanted nothing to do with Sunny for three years of her life."

On Sandra Bullock: " We haven't even had a conversation. They couldn't care less what I have to say. They changed Sunny's school a while ago and didn't tell me. I found out from Sunny."

Any judge would give any child to Sandra, instead of a porno queen. I have heard bad things about most of holly wood, but never one bad word about Sandra. Shes a great actress, a good woman and person all around. And a Texan too !!! Any woman who raises another womans child while shes in jail, is a saint in my book. I bet she treats the child as if it was her own. Not many step parents should even be allowed to be around other children, this one is an acception. I dont care who they are...

it seems to me that Sandra and Jesse are doing the right thing. the bio. mother has not only recently been in jail for supidity, she continues to live a lifestyle that will most likely get there again. she looks totally fried in her pictures. the fact is the father and Sandra seem to be providing a loving and stable home and why would a judge want to interupt that for almost certainly a life of chaos?

"stable relationship???" Wait! Are all of you referring to the psychopathic egomaniac, Jesse James??? Hello?!!! You people are as nuts as HE is! Most likely he'll be divorced imminently if Sandra's smart. If not, I can bet on the fact that HE WILL BE ABUSIVE (He already has been to Jan & his daughter whom he wanted to just "disappear."

Regardless of what Janine does for a living, which I agree is not the best job a mother can have.....she IS still Sunny's bio MOM. There should be no question to joint custody. That can be arranged in any manner the parents agree. Tax evation is not a crime of violence or drugs. Let Sunny know who her mother is. If what Janine claims Jesse said and did before and after Sunny was born, is the truth, he should be ashamed of himself and I hope he regrets it and makes up for it by being an excellent Dad. Sandra is an all around good, intelligent woman. She's a perfect stepmother. Everyone should make every effort to get along and be fair, for Sunny's sake.

I agree with Paula.
The child should know her natural Mother as long as she doesn't expose her daughter to chaos with regards to her personal lifestyle.
The child should live with her Dad and Sandra as they are providing a loving and stable environment and the Mother should have say Monthly vistitation periods like any normal couple who divorce with children involved.

Janine is a babe, Sandra is so-so. I hope Janine straightens out and gets full custody. Jesse should be ashamed of himself for not only being a serial cheater, but for not providing Sunny with child support -- that bastard is a multi-millionaire! Children are always the victims of their parents; it's a cruel world.
