Jesse James, Sandra Bullock Win Custody Battle

Jesse James and Sandra Bullock went to court over the 'Monster Garage' star's 5-year-old daughter with his ex, Janine Lindemulder, and won the custody battle.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Lindemulder -- a porn star -- was requesting regular over night visits with her daughter Sonny, but a judge denied her more visitation.

However, Lindemulder will have the child from Christmas Eve until Christmas Day.

Bullock and James had been raising the 5-year-old when Lindemulder went to prison for tax evasion.

thats great. i have always thought jesse was a remarkable man with a lot of talent. you can't say enough about sandra. they are a awesome couple. being a rider myself he was one of my favorite shows.

I think his high and mighty attitude is nausiating. He did not want anything to do this little girl when she was born which is a huge mistake on his part, but when the mother makes her mistakes there is no forgiveness. He should remember his less than stellar actions and start working with the mother to raise this child together. No matter what she does for a living she raised her by herself until she got into trouble and he was forced to take over. He should remeber that and get off his high horse.

I think he's a good father and makes a good honest living along with his wife. Why should this child be turned over to an admitted porn star. What kind of influence could that possible have on this child? The court did the right thing. It's what is best for the child, the hell with the mother's wishes. The fact that she was put in jail for tax evasion is just another example of what kind of person she is.

How does the child feel about this? I wonder if shes ok with it. I feel like if it was the other way around with like if sandra was in her shoe. Its not right to take a child from its mother, no matter what you do.. If it were me, i d be running home to my mom.. thats just me..

I really think the courts made the right choice. There was more to this then what you all think. Which I didnt hear any of you talk about. About the issues with Janine Lindermulder husband. If many of you followed the story this was one of the main concerns Jesse and Sandra had. I say WTG Jesse and Sandra,they are so cute together.

I don't care what the mother does for a living, it's not ok to take someone's child away. That title, "fighting for my child" makes me sick. Sorry Sandra, your ovaries are broken and you can't have your own kids, don't go stealing someone else's. Maybe you should focus on being in a movie that doesn't suck balls. I'm pretty sure I would murder someone who tried to take my kid away. Just saying...
