Nicolas Cage's Ex Suing the Actor for $13M

Nicolas Cage's financial problems keep piling up -- now the Oscar winner is being sued by his ex for $13M.

Christina Fulton claims fraud and breach of contract in her complaint, saying that she's nearly $1.2M in debt due to the actor's own troubles.

"This lawsuit is ridiculous and absurd. Nicolas Cage has given her approximately three million every year for many years, even though he was only obligated to pay her six thousand a month in child support. We expect this lawsuit to be promptly thrown out," his lawyer tells PEOPLE.

Cage owes more than $6.3M in back taxes and he defaulted on a $2M dollar loan after his former financial adviser allegedly scammed him out of millions. The 'Leaving Las Vegas' star then began selling off property to recoup some of his money -- including the house that Fulton lives in, prompting the lawsuit.

Damn, it's rough being a celebrity movie star and golf icon, isn't it! I hope I don't lose too much sleep over poor Tiger's and Nicolas' woes. I'll try to concentrate on the millions of people who are starving to death from no food and other trivial matters such as that.

If he sold off the house she was living in, then it is her fault. If my husband and I divorced, I would not be living in a house he owned. If she wanted the house, she should have asked for it in the divorce or purchased it from him.
