Miley Cyrus Caught Kissing a Boy in Paris

Miley Cyrus puts on a little public display of affection in the most romantic city in the world -- Paris.

Photographers snapped the tween superstar smooching a boy on the Champs-Elysee.

To our eyes, it looks like her rumored boyfriend and 'Last Song' co-star Liam Hemsworth, but we're not so sure.

Miley is beautiful and could have almost any guy she smiled at. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder but I doubt if I would pick you over pretty Miley even if she wasn't famous. So you think overweight people and people not up to your high standards should have to live life alone? Maybe you aren't good enough to have a hot boyfriend either. The green eyed monster for sure.
