Miley Cyrus puts on a little public display of affection in the most romantic city in the world -- Paris.

Photographers snapped the tween superstar smooching a boy on the Champs-Elysee.

To our eyes, it looks like her rumored boyfriend and 'Last Song' co-star Liam Hemsworth, but we're not so sure.

Miley Cyrus is a whore!! she is so freakin stupid she is only 16 and "dated" (problay still does) a freakin underware modelist.. She is only 16 AND POLE DANCED ON THE FLIPPIN TEENICK AWARDS!!!! She is only 16 and posed for a lingerie picture and a nude picture MY OPINON is terriable.. she is not a very well role model for kids.. especially the ones that were at the TEEN NICK award.. wow..
