Michael Lohan Reportedly Arrested Over Phone Call, He Denies It

Lindsay Lohan's father Michael Lohan is back behind bars after calling his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller, TMZ reports.

Earlier this year, Muller received a restraining order against Lohan due to an April incident where he was sent to jail for threatening to kill her.

Part of the order of protection prohibits the Hollywood dad from "trying to communicate by phone." However, Lohan himself denies he was ever arrested.

"AGAIN, I was NOT arrested. The truth shall prevail, IT ALWAYS DOES!! I have audio tapes to back up my claims.," he tweeted. "Erin is out for $ lawyers are ... looking into the websites posting this FALSE information and Erins [sic] bogus claims," he added.

Lohan even challenged TMZ and its editor-in-chief, Harvey Levin. "WHERES [sic] THE MUGSHOT TMZ?? YOU AND YOUR LIES. Harvey is a LOSER."

The funny thing is this guy just keeps making himself look like more and more of a d-bag because TMZ DOES have his NEW mug shot up! They just posted it a little while ago! Harvey has more intelligence and class in his pinkie than Michael Lohan could ever hope to have! Michael is the loser!!
