Daughter Gets Restraining Order Against Courtney Love

The feud between Courtney Love and her daughter Frances Bean Cobain is getting more tense by the day, as word is a restraining order was issued in order to keep Love away from her 17-year-old child. Just last week, guardianship of Frances -- the daughter of Courtney and the late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain -- was abruptly awarded to Cobain's mother.

According to TMZ, Courtney cannot have any direct contact with Frances thanks to the restraining order, which was signed under seal and is currently temporary. There's a court hearing set for January 5 to attempt to make the restraining order permanent, TMZ is reporting.

Love lashed out at Frances on Facebook following the change of guardianship. "I hate to sound cold but any kid of mine who pulls this s--- has lost her position," Love wrote. "She was deceptive, she lied and she's lying to herself. My daughter is not always honest."

Still, she did have some kind words, saying that her daughter "is a wonderful kid" who has "bad people around her." To top it all off, there was this statement to Frances: " I love you and always will unconditionally."

I had an ex-boyfriend who threatened me that he would kill himself if I didn't take him back. Well guess what he hung himself and it had nothing to do with me. I don't carry any guilt, he chose to end his life and tried placing it on me because I wouldn't take him back. Thats not my fault, I didn't want to be with him, he was very sick thats why I ended it. So no one is to blame for suicides.

My mother killed herself when my sisters and I were under 9 years old. My father drove her to do it so he could marry another woman. The redneck SOB did marry her and she was our stepmother growing up. I am 50 years old now. One sister killed herself 3 years ago. She had 5 children. The other sister killed herself 2 years ago. She had 2 children.

Kurt Cobain was a great artist who influenced a great number of musicians.Sound Garden,Pearl JAM..ect.He is even on the new GUITAR HERO game that has been sold to millions of people.You can not put down someones life stile when other great artist have done the same but they are still praised in todays music world,JIMI HENDRICKS,JIM MORRISON,ELVIS...ect.

This is a mother and daughter. The only reason she was able to get a restraining order was because she has money... Think about how many kids who get their XBox taken away would love to do that to their parents. No one knows what happened but them. This should not have been made public since she is not 18 yet. Parenting isn't the same anymore.

And, well, you're a nobody, so really someone should just off you I think :)
