'America's Best Dance Crew' judge Shane Sparks has been arrested in Los Angeles and charged with 8 felony counts of child molestation, TMZ is reporting. The Los Angeles Police Department took Sparks into custody at 8 am PT Friday morning. According to the criminal complaint, the alleged incidents began occurring in 1994 and involve one victim, an under-aged girl.The complaint accuses the 35-year-old Sparks of engaging in acts "with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and sexual desires of the defendant, who was at least 10 years older than [the victim]."

If you do the math, the story states this happened in 1994 and he was 10 years older than the victim (read the whole article) and he is 35 now. That means 15 years ago he was 20 and if he was 10 years older than the victim--the girl was only 10!!!!!!!!!!

If you bothered reading the article you might have noticed it said that it began in 1994, it doesn't say when it ended or if it ended. And lets not forget that children are guilted, ashamed, and are afraid to tell. Obviously this was a very young girl and she didn't deserve some monster like this one touching her or for that matter doing anything to her.
I think child molesters are the lowest form of live on this planet. Lock him up and throw away the key, never let him see the light of day, save the children. Make sure he never has a chance to harm another child. There is no treatment for these monsters, they get out and do it again and again. The court holds the key to ensuring no other child has to suffer, please use that key to lock him up and then throw it in the river never to be found again.
He was born June 25 1969. This started in 1994 15 years ago. Making him 25 then 40 now.So he was 25 and his Victim was 15.

He doesn't deserve to have anything down there.
While there is chemical castration I believe that has been done away with as "inhumane", not a problem. This person is not human he is an animal with not thought or regard for the life or mind of these little Children.
Once they are done surgically making him imputant, then they can throw him in a large Max security penitentiary where prison justice will occur. Sometimes, it is necessary.
I hope that if it is a lie, it will not degrade him. I hope that this is not another case of the victim spreading lies to obtain money.
May the truth prevail.

Not that it makes any difference, but they were choreographers, not judges.
Sorry Cherrie but you are wrong--Shane was a judge on America's Best Dance Crew. He was a choreographer on the other show but he was a judge on the Dance Crew show.
The third judges position has been in past seasons held by the choreographers, who would rotate from week to week, so yes they have been judges and choreographers on 'So You Think You Can Dance'.
