I don't understand why she should have to pay him anything...there were no children, and he looks as though he can work for a living. Just because it was "her fault", doesn't mean she should have to pay him when they divorce. Men certainly don't, unless their ex's can't work. She probably will give him money so she can move on, though.

HER LAWYER TIED UP MY BUSINESS, THE HOUSE AND ALL MY ACCT'S. MY ADVICE, STAY AWAY FROM SOUTHERN BELLES, I KNOW OF ALOT OF THEM WHO HAVE CHEATED ON THEIR MATES. THEY ARE TAUGHT FROM BIRTH MY MOMMA ON HOW TO GET THEIR WAY.

How can that wh&re stand there and smile at the tree lighting. She went against God, and will burn in hell for it. I hope the husband gets tons of cash from that homewrecking piece of garbage. She was one of the few country stars I liked. Now, she is just another Hollywood wh&re.

I shouldn't judge, but I'd lie if I didn't say I am still heartbroken by this. I thought LeAnn was different from the others, and then all this happens. I have no clout to crucify others, true, but I really wish there was a mainstream singer who we could totally believe in, and well, was a pretty good artist as well (LeAnn either way is one of the better ones of the modern era, as others just care about sex appeal and shock value and nothing else)

It never ceases to amaze and disgust me what a DOUBLE STANDARD we have in this country in regards to cheating, v. womenwho cheat and men. In the Tiger Woods' bolgs, the men on there are giving each other high 5's AND TIGER WOODS, for CHEATING ON HIS WIFE, and say they would, too, every guy wants to and would given the chance to with "hot babes" and how could he resist, and on and on, but when a WOMAN cheats, the men all say to rake her over the coals for it. She cheated with 1 man. TIGER CHEATED WITH....WHO KNOWS HOw MANY! I keep seeing,"More pwer to ya, Tiger! Go get 'em!!!" "You're the MAN!!!" "I'd bag that, too" and with a woman, "She should burn in hell, she's a whore, he should get her money, blah, blah, blah. why don't you guys say the same thing you said to Tiger????? Why not, "You go, girl! Hey, he's a HOT DUDE...How could any hot-blooded woman resist?" I don't think it's right but that's not my point. It's disgusting. Okay men, which is it??? I s cheating wrong? Why shouldn't he get spousal support....women get it all the time. If I were him I'd take her cheating azz for everything I could. Give it time, Eddie will be sick of her and move on to someone else or vice versa.

If Deane Sheremet is in a state that allows for suing of the "other man", he can sue Eddie Cibrian for "alienation of affection" which caused the divorce.
