There has been much speculation around the death of actress Brittany Murphy. While toxicology results won't be revealed into the end of January at the earliest, an autopsy on Murphy was conducted on Monday. According to a TMZ source, the body appeared "normal," and Murphy "did not appear overly thin." The cause of death has been "deferred" pending toxicology, tissue and brain tests which could take as long as 6 weeks to be completed. TMZ also has reported that Murphy had a number of strong prescriptions on her nightstand.
