Could you imagine The Beatles storming out of an interview on 'The Ed Sullivan Show'? During the golden years of television, it would have been an unfathomable act. Today the parameters of social decorum are barely visible. Any topic or question is up for discussion, and the public feels a sense of entitlement to know the inner-most secrets of celebrity life. Long are the days of politely refusing to answer a question during an interview. The "Walk-Off" has become a way of self defense for celebrities to shield themselves from answering questions regarding lecherous or undignified behavior. Plus, it sends a clear statement to the public that just because a celebrity is providing an interview does not make every aspect of their lives open-season for critique and scrutiny. Jesse Ventura's Classy Walk Off on 'The Opie and Anthony Show'
Jesse Ventura was a guest on 'The Opie and Anthony Show' on December 2 when he and Jim Norton got into a heated argument over serious topics like 9/11 conspiracy theories and U.S troops over seas. All hell broke loose when Jim Norton accused Jesse of not owning up to statements he supposedly made to the press. That was enough to send Jesse packing. It's unbelievable that the former wrestler did not revert back to his body slamming roots when Norton yelled at Ventura, "Thanks for touching me with your stupid riffraff 'Rocky Horror' hair do". Those are hefty fighting words.

Robert Pattinson pulled off Ryan Seacrest
Robert Pattinson appeared on Ryan Seacrest's radio show last month to promote the release of 'New Moon'. The interview was smooth and straightforward until Seacreast asked Pattinson, "What do you say to your fans who are desperate to know about you and your co-star Kristen?" The 'Twilight' star giggled a bit and just before he could blurt out a decipherable word, his manager swooped and pulled him out of the interview.

Marshana Ritchie's 'Bachelor' Walk Off
Reality TV dating shows are synonymous with petty dramas. Marshana Ritchie of 'The Bachelor: London Calling' responded to caddy jealousy with another contestant by demanding that her arch nemesis walk away from the situation. In the end, Ellen Degeneres was so inspired by Marshana and the "walk off" that she had her as a guest on her show and presented her with custom made sweat pants with the words "Walk Off" embroidered on the derriere.

Dr. Jan Adams on 'Larry King'
Kanye West's mother Donda West died in November of 2008 from of a heart attack shortly after a breast reduction and tummy tuck performed by Dr. Jan Adams. An autopsy concluded that there was "no evidence of surgical or anesthetic misadventure. Shortly after, Adams made an appearance on 'Larry King Live,' in an attempt to recharge his image. Dr. Adams didn't leave the interview on a high note but an angry one. He walked off when King began to inquire about his current relationship with the West family.

Jon Gosselin Walks of ET interview
Mary Hart's mouth dropped to the floor when the 'Jon and Kate Plus 8' dad stormed off the ET set during the third day of filming with Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman. Gosselin responded with anger when Glassman spoke about his children. Hart tried to soften the situation and urged Gosselin to stay and finish the interview. But in a fit of rage, he pushed Hart's hand away as his "soon to be ex" girlfriend watched the scene in horror.

Scientologist Tommy Davis Walks Off of ABC interview
Tommy Davis, who serves as the head of the Church of Scientology's Celebrity Centre, made headlines for walking out of his interview with journalist Martin Bashir. Bashir asked, "Do you believe that the Galactic Emperor called Xenu brought his people to earth 75 million years ago and buried them in volcanoes?" This question caused a fiery eruption in Davis. Even though Bashir insisted that it was not his intention to mock or offend Davis, he didn't buy it. In a tantrum, David ripped off his microphone, threw it on the floor and walked off the set.

Honorable Mention: Carrie Prejean "threatens" to walk off 'Larry King'
Carrie Prejean's appearance on 'Larry King Live' gets an honorable "walk off" mention. Prejean was on the show to promote her new book 'Still Standing' and lost it when King asked her questions regarding her settlement with The Miss America corporation. She didn't exit the room, but it was a close call because she ripped off her microphone in a huff. Prejean responded to each version of his questions with "It's confidential, and you're being inappropriate". Her anger threshold hit a high when King mocked her referring to himself as "Inappropriate King". She then refused to respond to a question from a caller and would not finish the rest of the interview.

We haven't been to the movies in at least 14 years. You get the idiot drunks who won't shut up & talk through the entire movie. The peoplewho go to see a movie to eat & make so much noise you just want to smack them. Going to the movies is one of the the top 5 worst hoobies you could possibly have. It sucks. we'll wait they'll be out on DVD & we'll rent them watch them in our own house were we know how to shut up & watch the movie & enjoy it. There is one movie I'd go see a movie where Kate Gosselin gets shippedoff to the moon so we NEVER HAVE TO SEE HER AGAIN! YES!!!!!!!!

If you notice that anyone who walked off these show's were no one of importance, including Robert Pattinson. No one really cares what they have to say or do. All of them are nothing more than wasted pieces of flesh.
