Kate Gosselin: Too Hot For TV?

Kate Gosselin filmed a pilot for a new talk show, but high-level executives reportedly shelved the project, deciding the TV mom is too controversial for their airwaves. A source told RadarOnline.com that the show, with co-hosts Paula Deen, Lee Woodruff and Rene Syler, is still being shopped around to other buyers but it doesn't stand much of a chance.

The Momlogic pilot has been described as 'The View' for working moms, tackling issues like teen pregnancy along with lighter gabbing. Apparently, Gosselin was not only too edgy for the executives' taste, she was simply "not ready" for a full-time hosting job.

Food Network star Paula Deen was the intended star of the project, and exces were concerned that Gosselin's year in the tabloid's would upset the balance. "There was a lot of arguing," the source told RadarOnline.

Fear not - Gosselin will be back on your TV sets before long. Though TLC has yet to finalize the concept, the cable network has committed to a new show starring Gosselin in the spring.

Mary, get real! It's impossible to turn the channel when this tacky cow has seen to it that her face is shoved down our throats every single minute.

I'd love to shave that hair off of her head with my fist. Not that I'd ever do it, but it's nice to think about.

Here's part of the problem. We can't seem to get rid of her or change the channel. She pops up everywhere in a desperate attempt to keep her name in the spotlight.SHE is the one who seemingly is beating a dead horse. Now if only all the networks would recognize that fact..... Paula Deen finally realized that she didn't want to be associated with Ms Kate.

Sorry, but most women don't have plastic surgery, teeth whitening, fake boobs, liposuction, massages, mani/pedicures or tanning sessions. K is the result of all that science has to offer. If she keeps going, she will turn out like Jocelyn Wildenstein who didn't know when to stop.

All that crap she puts on her face and the tanning require her to continue being made up. Makeup for everyday life went out with the '60's. Most of us make it through the day with clear skin and a touch of blush or lip gloss. There is something way more beautiful about a woman going au natural.

Anyone married to a little puke like Jon has to be tough to make it. At least she is trying to make some money. What has he done but chase butt holes trying to get some strange butt? She has to have the balls in the family because he has none!!! Go for it Kate!! Been there, done that!!!

I definitely would not invest in TLC, since they keep showing what poor a judge of what the viewing public wants to see. No one give a rat's butt about over sized useless families. Give us something that is of interest and educational. When people keep saying that they are sick of this fame hog, her kids, ex and everything else about them, it's time to listen and change.

oh my gosh and what about her useless husband , who has an apartment in manhattan. What happens when all the CASH FLOW is reduced to NOTHING, he's wasted 10k a month on a pad in NYC far far away from his kids. I don't like either one of them, I think she's just looking out for the future (money wise) for her kids while apparantly he's looking out for his penis. And I must say once again < I don't like either one of them, but atleast she'd be working while the deadbeat moron acts like a foolish , rich, single 20 year old. Both morons.. She does carry the mother load though while he prances around.. and I will say a 3rd time, i dont condone or endorse or like either one of them but whatever secures a good future for your kids and if you can't give it to them emotionally well then atleast give it to them financially so they can get the therapy they will so desperately need in the future!

Kate may not be th perfect wife and maybe yes she did yell at Jon a lot...BUT youraise 8 kids and see how you get through it without the help of a GOOD husband...Jon is still a child and she "HAD" 9 children...It must be nice to be Jon and just pick up and have a good Life while she is still with her kids..Its funny you don't hear of her running around with these home wreckers and go off and have a good old time...Shame on you all, you all lost sight of the whole picture..I sure hope that TLC does put on Kate plus eight...I love those kids and Kate good for you...Don't let all these crazy people think that you do not care or love those kids..They have never been in your shoes and most probably never will..

What show were you watching?!? She admitted many times, she NEVER put the kids to bed, that was Jon's job; Jon bathed them, she said that was Jon's job. she maybe prepared the useless lunches(pretzels and yogurt, woohoo), but Jon fed and sat with them. Jon dressed them, we all saw that many times. Jon played with them. Khate pranced for the camera's, that was it! Obviously YOU are one of the people she fooled! WATCH THE RERUNS!

Okay...they are divorced now. She got what she wanted...noticed by producers(we will see how much she stays at home and takes care of the children). And he got his little run arounds, flitty taled women(we will see how much they really like and want him now).

Let's be done with them both. They were no-boadys before and should go back to being no-bodys again. I am so tired of hearing about them.

For as many of you who love to put down the Gosselins as well as their former show, there are just as many, if not more, fans who loved the show and the kids and want to see more of them. Most of you probably never even watched the show more than a couple of times. If you don't like it, there's always the remote.

I can see these 8 kids ending up like Lindsay Lohen, Danny Donaduce, Adam Rich, etc. in a few years. TLC needs to stop the craziness and forget about Kate and the 8 kids. Nobody wants to see them anymore. The kids will adjust to not having the cameras around. I think Kate is the one who will not adjust to having her mug on TV. I'm done with her crying, her victim routine and her bizarre way of mothering. People....if Kate had to raise her kids like normal people, she'd end up in a padded cell and the kids would be in foster homes. Kate...take the money you confiscated from years on TV and go live your life....in PRIVATE!!!

Perhaps Kate, for now, should be the best Mom ever to her little ones whom are undoubtedly going to face a tough time ahead with the divorce, and not pursue this particular new show. Just my opinion, but this one does not sound as though it will be the-as stated in the article--"The Working Moms View". I do, however wish her and her kids the very best and much happiness in the New Year--She still should keep any visits with the media as classy as always.

she is talentless and nasty and shouldn't make money because she had too many kids.
