'High School Musical' grad Vanessa Hudgens is suing a Web site that refuses to remove naked photos of the star, TMZ reports.The 21-year-old has been trying to make the "self portrait photographs" disappear since the scandal first broke in August and even registered the images with the U.S. Copyright Office. But several sites, namely MoeJackson.com, continue to run the pics despite what her lawyers cry is a copyright violation.
The lawsuit explains: "The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the internet by an unknown person without Hudgens' knowledge or consent."

Are you for real, Emme? She didn't post them in the first place, someone got a hold of them and leaked them to the public. And Mick, she didn't mean to show them to the public, if you were paying attention.
What people seems to forget is these pictures are all old and were taken b4 2007 when the 1st set were leaked.

These stupid kid celebrities need to wise up. First of all, it seems in the last few years, every one of them thinks they can sing AND act, and their abilities are marginal at best, or if they're pretty respectable at one, they suck at the other. All these kid stars lately think they can do EVERYTHING; like they're going to be the greatest entertainers of all-time, and people are gonna remember them before they remember a Michael Jackson or Marilyn Monroe. My point being, if they really want to have long-lasting, legendary careers, they need to wise up and quit doing stupid things like this that could derail those careers!

Seriously though, in case you aren't paying attention, if you want to be remembered, you don't need a lot of talent, just be in the right place at the right time to get a couple movies or songs under your belt, then let your life fall apart with sex, drugs and everything else. You will be remembered long after the morally responsible ones. Who's more well known, Lindsay Lohan or Amanda Bynes? Mandy Moore or Britney Spears? Need I say more?

As I recall Marilyn Monroe wasn't all that talented herself and both she and Michael Jackson had careers steeped in scandal. Both of their deaths are even scandals. Lol. If someone wants to give these kids a chance to be entertainers by all means. Why not? They will sink or swim accordingly and if they aren't great at everything. ok. Like most people when they are young they practice and develop. Whats with all the hate? Most kids are stupid and do stupid things but I hardly think shes the worst. Shes not a drug addict or a drunk as far as we know. She seems to be in a steady long lasting relationship and she seems to be trying to do something productive with her life. This is a setback. A good lesson to learn and she will move forward.
She needs a shave!!!!
