'High School Musical' grad Vanessa Hudgens is suing a Web site that refuses to remove naked photos of the star, TMZ reports.The 21-year-old has been trying to make the "self portrait photographs" disappear since the scandal first broke in August and even registered the images with the U.S. Copyright Office. But several sites, namely MoeJackson.com, continue to run the pics despite what her lawyers cry is a copyright violation.
The lawsuit explains: "The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the internet by an unknown person without Hudgens' knowledge or consent."

C'mon cut the crap...lots of women have made the mistake of taking racy or nude photos...Doesn't make them whores. A lot of celebrities do it before they are that famous.... thinking no one would ever see them or care enough to try. The point is ppl take those kind of pics for say ...their significant other or maybe even just for themselves. They don't expect them to surface and be all over the internet. We all make mistakes and look how quick we are to judge but if someone was scrutinizing our lives they would find some pretty little skeletons. We just happen to be lucky enough for none of those skeletons to have fallen out.

Really doesn't make her a whore... Only if you're judgemental...but seeing as I know most ppl aren't virginal milk maids I don't think she is. She made a mistake... other than this you can't say much about her...not scantily dressed in public...not hoppin from bed to bed. Give her a break.

You know...There have been plenty of young people going to court for sexting and even though it is a picture of themselves they are sening via text or email, they get in trouble and are even registered on the sex offenders list. Vannessa was a minor when the first picture was taken, let her go to court for that!
