I dont know the details of what happened there. But I think it is not fair that police can arrest anyone on the basis of accusations by anyone. If the police determines woman was in danger, then arrest him. Otherwise leave him alone.

There is nothing wrong with Charlie Sheen except that he keeps choosing the WRONG women to hook up with. WHOSE idea was it to get herself pregnant without being married? I'm not surprised they don't get along. Brooke put him in the trick bag.
