Police say Ivana Trump was escorted off a plane in Florida after she became belligerent when children were running and screaming in the aisles. Authorities say the first ex-wife of billionaire Donald Trump cursed at the children Saturday, and when flight attendants on the New York-bound plane tried to calm her, she became even more aggravated. Her spokeswoman, Catherine Saxton, did not immediately return a telephone message.
Trump filed for divorce from her fourth husband earlier this month. She has not been charged in the incident at Palm Beach International Airport.
Palm Beach County sheriff's deputies asked Trump to voluntarily exit the plane, but they said she refused. She was then escorted off.

Iagree with you-the parent's should have been asked to leave--The little (BASTARDS) should have been belted in their mouths=& told to set down
I was on a flight in the fall where a 3 yr old refused to be belted in, he was standing in the aisle jumping up and down and screaming. When the flight attendant tried to help the mother get him in the seat he struck her when he flailed his arms out. The pilot came down the aisle, picked up the shocked kid, placed him firmly in the seat, cinched the belt tight and said in a no-nonsence voice "You're gonna stay there now, aren't you buddy." The kid never made a move for the rest of the flight. Mom looked relieved - which is good because for a second i thought she was going to be one of those "i'm going to sue the airlines" type.
I thought the same thing when I read the article. With all the so called security the kids should have been in their seats.. I eat in or go where kids can't so I can enjoy my meal in peace.. Parents today feel it's everyone else's duty to watch their kids, weather in restaurant, store, or on airlines.. Then if kids are hurt it's not their fault.. Parents take no responsibility anymore..
How true, children as loveable as they are need to be held in more control. There are too many things that can happen when they run around, after all it is not a playground. Some people are in no physical or mental capability to handle noisy children. I know with my aches and pains including migrane headaches I couldn't deal with kids running around on the plane. Plus I can not afford a private Jet.

I agree with James! And I couldn't DISAGREE more with Linda -- YOU are the idiot, not Ivana! Linda, yes, it IS horrible to have kids screaming and running amok up and down the aisles all willy-nilly! Why shouldn't the other passengers get any peace & quiet & be allowed a sense of safety? A jet is not a playground!
Parents, children & flight attendants need to consider ALL the OTHER passengers -- I mean, the article said running AND screaming!! Why is this supposed to be okay? A jet is not a playground! I love children, but I would've been mighty upset, too... Yet, instead of reprimanding the children and their parents, they escort Ivana off the plane? hI'm no fan of Ivana's, but that's utterly unfair and beyond ridiculous!
I am a mom. And I am with Ivana on this one. Why the heck were the kids running around on the plane in the first place? Reminder... You get kicked off a plane for not dressing properly. But kids OMG! I would have told my kids to shut up and sit down. I wouldn't stand for it either. Ivana was not wrong here.

Right on. Parents today think they are entitled to disturb the peace just because they are miserable pricks.
Would you cuss at children?
Parents need to keep there kids under control. Sitting on the plane and behaving is what they needed to be doing. A plane is not a playground. Parents of children now have no control over them. The kids run the show. Where's the discipline? I don't mean beating a child, I mean telling them no and them listening to the parent.

bet they were black kids and the stewardess
considered which would give her less trouble...
blacks or whites.
Don't know the whole story, but I bet it was no fun being her children, except for the fact that they never saw her and nannies raised them

I couldn't have said it better myself!!
I bet it would be a different story if you were on that plane
It doesn't matter what she did to her kids idiot! We talking about this bastards which make flying to leaving hell. Have you ever been in a plane?
How quickly we judge about something we know nothing
Go look in the mirror.
Why does any man want to marry this woman? what the heck does she bring to the table at this point?

children should be behaved on any situation. the parents or guardians were the ones that should make sure they are behaved.

What is the name of the airline? I definitely don't want to fly with them. The children and their parent(s) should have been escorted out before they had the time to get on this woman's nerves. Why are the airlines and the parents nonchalant about horseplay in any form? I am sure they would have gotten sued if the kids had been hurt running.

See? This is what I've been talking about. You don't have to be too concerned about boarding a flight with explosives. But get upset about the out-of-hand, screeching progeny of useless parents wreaking havoc in the cabin, or take a sh*t that lasts longer than the air patrol potty watchers think it should, and you're going to federal prison.
If this story is true, the heathens and their breeding-idiot parents should have been tossed off the plane.
