Brooke Mueller's Criminal History: Cocaine and DUI Arrests

RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained Brooke Mueller's criminal history information for the state of Florida, and it reveals that Mueller was arrested twice: once for DUI and damage to property in September 1996 and after that for cocaine possession, a 3rd degree felony, in March 2001. As police begin to investigate her Christmas Day altercation with Charlie Sheen, these past arrests have come back to haunt her.

Although the arrests were made in 1996 and 2001, they may be used against the couple who are being investigated by Los Angeles County's Department of Children and Family Services. Sheen's history of domestic violence and substance abuse and Mueller's reported battle with alcohol and drugs, a court could go as far as determining that both are unfit as parents, and the children might be temporarily placed with another guardian, a DCFS insider tells HollywoodLife. They could potentially have their nine-month-old twin boys, Max and Bob, taken away from them temporarily.

"When Charlie and his family step off the plane in California, they'll be greeted by social workers," the source says, explaining that both parents will be closely monitored, even drug tested three-to-five times a week.

Authorities say the 'Two and a Half Men' actor is accused of using a weapon in an alleged case of domestic violence in Aspen. Mueller told cops Sheen threatened her with a knife. Police reports say that the couple had been drinking heavily before the alleged incident.

Sheen spent part of Christmas Day in jail after being arrested at a home in the Colorado ski resort town. Sheen hasn't been charged and was released Friday after posting an $8,500 bond. Prosecutors will determine whether to file charges. Sheen also was arrested on investigation of second-degree assault, a felony, and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

Charlie denied the allegations and said that although they did yell at each other and hit each other's arms there was no no other physical contact and he did not threaten his wife.

The problem with this is now she won't call and report anything she will just take his abuse because SHE is the one under scrutiny and may have her kids taken away. This is really a sad situation. They both SHOULD be tested several times a week for alcohol and drugs. Regardless of what is going on in that home--which doesn't sound good at all, she should not be abused and now she may just not call next time.

Because the media ALWAYS beats up on the women in situations like this. Law Enforcement the D.A.s office and the court system are just beginning to catch up with the female gender.Women have been getting away with crime for years, even when women are convicted there sentencing is half of what the male gender would receive.Lets be honest here, men are allways held to a higher standard then females.
If you have a problem with a women going through the same public embarrasment as men then you have the problem. its called EQALL RIGHTS HUNNY. Why do you have a problem with that.

Maybe Denise wasn't so wrong after all about this guy. He apparently is a real jerk and needs some professional help. I feel extremely sorry for these kids as they are growing up with two parents who may not need to be parents at all. Test them both for an extended period of time!!!

She will eventually leave him when she gets tired of him beating up on her and when her life gets totaly miserable. So sad. What a pathetic person he is.

Her past does NOT mean she has forfeited her rights to have police help or representation...just because she made a few mistakes in her PAST does not mean she should shut up sit down and allow anyone to abuse her that feels like it. Mistakes do not mean that you suddenly give up your rights to speak out against abusive situations. Get real...the world is not full of lilly white saints and never will be, she has the same human rights as she did before her two prior arrests...having a drink does not make her an unfit mother either by the way allowing her children to be raised watching their mother be a punching bag for some spoiled brat would!

Based on Estevez past history of abusing women, even shooting Kelly Preston, I believe a lot of what the wife says BUT not all. Both seem to be losers and the poor kids pay most of all.

Charlie real name is Carlos Esteves. He is Latino or Hispanic. So you can't say he is getting special treatment because he is white. On the other hand Tiger is more orental than anything else. I guess some use the one drop rule when it suits them?

I TOLD y'all DAYS AGO that she was high on coke and still drunk that morning of the arrest. You CAN'T stay up all night drunk without doin the blow. I hope they drug tested her on the spot, cause it could be out of her system by now...they both need to go to rehab and counseling, and they'll be FINE as parents. They just need to separate and get cleaned up. I'm sure they love their children....
