Jonas Brothers Headed to Splitsville?

Oh, our teenage hearts are shattering into a billion little long-haired pieces! With one brother married and the next planning on becoming the next king of pop, an impending Jonas Brothers split may be in store for 2010. But what about the children?! Details on the Jonas drama, plus the real reason Tyra Banks quit TV and the Angie vs. Jen showdown everyone's been waiting for.

Jonas Brothers Split Coming?

Someone call tween 911 -- there is trouble with a capital 'T' in Jonasworld. "Joe sees the writing on the wall for the group," a family insider tells me. "Kevin's heart is just not in the group anymore. His wife Danielle is his number one priority, especially after their wedding night!" (Hubba, hubba!)

But before poor Danielle gets the Yoko Ono treatment, let's remember that there are plenty more talented Jonas kids floating around. Besides, isn't it really all about adorable Nick?

And therein lies the rub.

"Nick sees himself as the next Justin Timberlake and brother Joe knows it," a friend tells me. Nick already has a solo album out February 2 and a 14-city tour." Nick insists this is something that can definitely co-exist with the Jonas Brothers ... which reminds me of what Diana Ross told the Supremes!

Oh, how we love some good teen dreamboat drama in the morning! But seriously, best of luck to the Jonas boys, wherever they wind up.

The Real Reason Tyra Quit

Tyra Banks' announcement that she was quitting her chit chat show didn't have the same earth-shattering impact as when Queen Oprah announced she would be leaving TV, and that was exactly what Tyra wanted. "She announced it over the holidays through her Web site hoping it wouldn't get that much attention because she doesn't want folks talking about the real reason her show is coming to an end: No one is watching!" revealed a media insider.

Although Tyra isn't the first person who comes to mind when I think about press-shy celebrities, I hope she will be back to her old, basking-in-the-media-spotlight self soon. In the meantime, thank goodness we still have Wendy "How you doin???" Williams.

Angie and Jen: Face to Face

The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles better have the National Guard ready on January 17 when Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie both attend the Golden Globe Awards (I'm going too, FYI, and have nothing to wear! Oscar De La Renta and/or Ralph Lauren, my email is NaughtyNiceRob@aol.com if you'd like my address to send "samples" to ).

Those naughty devils at Life and Style magazine brought to my attention that with Brad's movie 'Inglourious Basterds' up for four awards, the two love birds will be sitting front-and-center when Jen presents her award just 12 feet away. Oh, the drama!

Now, this did happen once before at the 2009 Oscars and was a total bore. No stink-eyes were exchanged, but this time, Life and Style say it will be different.

"Believe me," an insider tells my favorite mag, "Jen's really looking forward to this." Dum dum duh! And so are we!!!

Basterds is nominated for ensemble cast (or something like that) at the Globes and SAG awards. Surprised Aniston isn't presenting at SAG too. You see the triangle keeps her relevant, which her mediocre movie career does not. Hold on tight to those coattails (20 yrs later) or no one will talk about you anymore. Can't believe I'm the only one who sees it.

Exactly and I cant believe people are actually hoping for a cat fight between these women. Face it If Brad wanted to stay with Jen he would have Angie has him for now so get over it. I cant believe this guy or anyone else really gives a rats ass about these two women and this supposed fight over Brad Pitt. Need to grow up much maybe? And you hit the nail on the head about Jen's career anoni hehe too bad many others dont see it and still go on about her plight and how she was robbed of her man..ugh.

the jonas brothers aren't a boy band.no, they,re a girl band.just a bunch of sissies. i put them in the same category as liberace,billy gilman,boy george,barry manilow,sylvester,etc. etc. etc.... they're not even as talented as nick carter,now that's pathetic.

I suppose that if you are a pre-teen or teenage girl it'll matter if the Jonas Brothers break up or not. For me, it doesn't matter at all. Seems like every group or single entertainer Disney creates or finds ends up going in the tank sooner or later. Or if they don't, Disney will do something that'll push them away.

I don't pay attention much to the Jonas Brothers. They seem to be good kids but they have had no real big hit songs. Their fan base is young and will grow out of them. They would be smart to keep together as long as they can.

Re Tyra: I love The Tyra Show! I believe other people do also, and I believe that the real problem is the time of day it was broadcasted. It was broadcasted in the middle of the day, when a lot of Tyra's fans are in school. Trya is naturally going to get a younger audience because of her Next Top Model Show and also because a lot of what she talks about appeals to young people like me. If the Tyra Show were to be shown at a later time slot, I beleive ratings would drastically improve! You Go Tyra!

ok seriously for all you people who r bashing nick & kevin cuz you like joe, or joe & kev cuz u like nick(i like him best but they ALL rock!!), or watevs need 2 quit--they r all good, so back off. & yeah this sux dont get me wrong, cuz i luv them--like more than any othr guy musician out there--but i'll live. however, RIP 2 The Jonas Brothers--it was a great career & I'll miss you guys!! you've always inspired me!!
