Taylor Lautner will reportedly earn a $7.5 million salary for his next film -- which would make the 17-year-old the highest paid teen actor.After hearing the news, Access Hollywood's AH Nation and PopEater wondered if 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon' hunk deserves to make more money than his peers. So we asked who really should be the teen who earns the most.
And according to 39% of voters, it's not Lautner but his 'New Moon' co-star Dakota Fanning who should have a bigger paycheck. Coming in second, with 22 percent of the vote was Disney tween queen, Miley Cyrus.

I used to be made fun of for liking vampires, but ever since Twilight came out those people who made fun of me are all "OMG vampires are sexy!" It kind of makes me want to puke. It just goes to show that it doesn't matter what the trend is, if everyone is doing it sheeps will follow.
...and Stephanie Meyers is not a very good writer.
No she is not. I don't think it sucks because of Vampires. I read all the books because it is an interesting story(until she goops it up with all her Jr. High love muck), and I had nothing better to do. It sucks because SM is a terrible writer. How anyone could describe a man as "sparkly" is beyond me. And it is supposed to be the sexiest thing in the world. I don't know about you, but I don't really like my men to wear sparkles, or look sparkly. Shiny, glowing, maybe, but glitter just doesn't really turn me on.
Book two is nothing but Bella whining for 300 pages about pretty much how she wants to kill herself because her boyfriend broke up with her. She describes herself as "so mature" and "super different", but she is exactly like every 14 year old girl I've ever met, and all the annoying immature girls I knew in high school.
Oh and then there's the fact that in order to have her baby, Edward must give her a C section with his mouth, and tear out her womb with his teeth. And the end of that book is all built up to be a great battle and then it's like, "Oh well, you got me. See you later! We must have a Tea Party!" It was a trashy novel without the sex, because Stephanie Meyer is Mormon (not knocking it. I am too.) But seriously, the only reason to read a trashy novel is for that heaving bosoms sex scene. Not to read about a girl waking up with bruises all over her body and a torn up headboard who can't remember having sex with a man the night before. That just sounds like an abusive relationship involving roofies.
Who are these people? Actors? Nah....

I agree with AH Nation. Dakota Fanning should be the highest paid teen actress. Dakota has work with many other great actors/actress, she has been in more movies, and overall she is one hell of an actress, she is way better then Taylor.

Celebrity pay....what a joke. They should be paid as much as the lowest person on the work totem pole. They contribute absolutely nothing to society other than low level entertainmet. The pay they recieve is an affront to everyone.

Dakota is paid too much. We are already bored with her. Her quick answers and looks. We got used to it. Taylor is new - novelty ,like a new car, nwe trend, therefore is worth all the money he can get. There is no prize for likness.

I agree that taylor lautner should be paid more than dakota fanning. Taylor did a lot of acting and he is a good actor on the two series than dakota fanning on new moon. It's like the latter is not there at all.She maybe good on her previous movies but all she did on new moon is to glare at anyone she hates, and toss them up in the air. taylor should be paid this money and he deserves the pay.

Dakota is way better than any of the Twilight kids.....and it seems she has been in more movies and she has been at it since she was a little kid. And yes I have seen the Twilight movies and do like them, but I still think Dakota is better and has a wider range of parts that she plays.

Dakota has a lot more acting chops as she has proven repeatedly in the MANY MOVIES SHE'S DONE! she has a very ecclectic resume and many years of work behind her. and MORE than one hit movie and one more on the way. not that i belittle taylor, but that's just not how it should work. kids getting ripped off.

i think Dakota should be paid alot more than taylor lautner.She has been working alot longer and is by far the better actor, he might have done more work on new moon but thats because he has a leading role, she only had a supporting role and still put him to shame.She has more acting ability in her little finger than he could ever hope too achieve in his lifetime.
