Danielle Staub faced more drama than she ever expected when the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' aired her dirty laundry right on national television last year. She was suddenly forced to deal with her alleged criminal past and some vicious cat fights with her reality TV co-stars. But Staub tells PopEater that more drama is on its way when her new "bombshell" book is released. "At one point in time, I was homeless. It wasn't for a long amount of time, but homeless is homeless."

It's US that read and respond to this crap is what makes sites like this write more..Ignore it all..BTW if she was homeless and out of work, why didnt her BUDDIES at the Brownstone get her a job there. Im sure they could have used her in the bakery dept. She could have stuck her face in the dough and made GORILLA cookies..Such an insult to Italian-Americans too with that show..Just goes to show how big some ego's are..

It's not too hard to understand why people in other countries think American's are shallow, self centered, and money grubbing people. If anyone from another country reads this stuff or sees these shows, please be ASSURED that these housewives are about as "real" as their fake boobs. They are an insult to REAL housewives across the USA. When they start cleaning toilets, mopping up baby vomit, doing laundry, running kids to school, taking care of the bank account without the help of an accountant, sticking to a budget, buying/preparing food for their families, all on 3 hours of sleep...THEN they'll be closer to the real thing.

You're damn right Hannah! The show should be called The Real Gold Diggers/Tramps of Whatever City! I often wonder why people only want to watch rich folks on tv? Why not make A REAL REALITY show about the struggles people go through in REAL life.

whoa! Is she ill? She does not look healthy..something is up with her health wise. One would think if she really was homeless at one point in life, she would be a nice and decent person to all those around her-- she's totally the opposite.

I think it's pretty fascinating if she can go from homeless aka penniless ? or was it just homeless but had she any money- the assumption is no-why would she be homeless if she had no savings- unless she enjoyed the outdoors?
Many people on the streets get jobs but very few can put together sufficient funds to buy a condo 6 months later. I would seriously love to know how one does it. I am an attractive woman and have been working 10 years and rent an apartment and put two children through university (with the help of borrowing huge sums of money ) but never could I make enough to buy anything more than the bare essentials. It is hard because I am always one paycheck* (*I have my own tiny business and don't even pay myself a decent salary so no social security when I get older. I just work and work and work )away from being homeless and you keep trying to balance the deck of cards and hope and pray it won't all fall down.
Its been years since I could buy moisturizer or make up or take a holiday. What's a holiday? lol I have remnants of a past life of a plate chipped or of a nice frame or a memory of a picture and photographs of when I could take holidays with my babies. But all the material stuff is gone- All that remains is my dignity and courage to go on.
So any ideas how she did it/How any of them do it- Look at the other Housewives in Orange County- The guy with the wife who has the twins....what does he do? he may be brilliant for all I know or have worked since he was 14 but he has what appears to be zillions and how does he make it ....are these people extremely smart -street savvy- lucky?
Educate me please.
Or am I extremely dumb.
