It's a week of newness from the Gosselin crew! First, you had Kate and her startling new 'do gracing the cover of PEOPLE (she's "Starting Over" didja hear?). Now comes word that Jon has added another girlfriend to his post-Kate date book.

Sources tell PEOPLE that Gosselin is dating Morgan Christie, a 25-year-old Greenwich, Conn. native whom the reality dad met while on a ski trip in Utah.

"She grew up very privileged, tons of money," one source tells the magazine.
