Lindsay Lohan's Driver Hits Paparazzo With Car

Lindsay Lohan may be facing another lawsuit -- although this time it's not her fault.

The actress' driver ran over a photographer early Sunday morning, with Lohan in the car, TMZ reports.

The paparazzo injured his hand and was treated by EMTs at the scene. The victim intends to sue. "Of course I'm going to sue them ... but I don't care about the money," he told TMZ.

Lohan's driver is now being investigated for criminal assault with a deadly weapon.

If you look at the definition of PARASITE, it appears to be a description the paparazzi.
Driving public figures requires dealing with many distractions. Some responsibility for the accident should be directed toward a person who is in a roadway or gets too close to a vehicle.

He is a paying mamber of SAG, and his grandpa was sargent mendoza in the Zorro (disney) episodes. Just so happens he was promoting a liquor ,and got the last XXXXXXL wrap . he most likely hurt himself crawling out of a dumpster,getting the camera that someone threw away , or something .

If the paparazzi is standing in front of any car, they need to be hit. The actors,actresses, singers whatever need to sue them - for our country to allow this type of cheap trash is totally unacceptable to me and anyone I know - get these pigs off the street and out of the faces of these people. I support suing them for being in their way both private and public - this is ridiculous

Whoa, I think the whole thing is awful. This poor innocent guy is just trying to make a few dollars to live on and he gets abused not only by the car but by all the people wishing him bad things. He should be able to stand any place he wants and the stars should wait till he is done taking photos and insulting them so he can get pictures to SELL. Stars should know that it is these paparazzi that made them famous and they should kiss thier butts every day. Without the paparzzi there would be no stars, no movies, no concerts, no big events. The paparazzi make it all happen, I know because they say so! Right?

The photographers fault. They should stay away far enough. I know people want to see pictures of celebrities, but we also understand that they need some boundries, while photographed.

The Laws need to be Changed ,so that no one can take a picture of someone else if they are within 25 feet of that person without permission from that person.The news Media and the Paparazzo get in front of people and do not give them room to move.

maybe if the guy was smart enough to quit spending so much money on fried chicken and burritos, he could afford better equipment and not have to be so close. on the other hand maybe cars should be equipped with cattle guards.
