Jay Leno and Conan O'Brien, who've both been unexpectedly moved from their time slots by NBC, took turns bashing the network on their shows last night.Leno, on at 10, went first. "But you know, we're not just a show anymore, we are now a collector's item," he jokes.
"As you may already know, our show has been canceled, fired again. See that shows you NBC's got nothing, even when they fire you it's a rerun. Didn't we just get fired in May?"
Conan got his chance on 'The Tonight Show.' "You keep that up," he says after some audience claps, "and this show won't start until 12:05," alluding to his possible new time. Watch

All MTV programing sucks. Why give a 2 choice poll. That's not a choice.

Putting Jay Leno back onto the Tonight Show is just flat out wrong on SO many levels, I suspect there will be a huge backlash.

Wrong. O'Brien should leave NBC and Leno should resume as the host of "The Tonight Show"
It really makes no difference whatsoever. Who gives a fig. :)
Yeah...Conan SHOULD leave NBC....and start his OWN network! Jay Leno should stick to the "Fairly Odd Parents" as the Crimson Chin.
Here is the problem, people don't watch NBC news because of their extreme left wing bias, henceforth, they are not there to watch Lenno or O'Brien. It is not Lenno that is the problem, NBC is the problem. They have been in the toilet for years, and just keep heading futher down the sewer. I say, good bye NBC, and good riddance. Like most other Americans, I have moved to cable for late night programming.

OK IF YOU ARE GOING TO SPEAK ABOUT A GREAT MAN THEN SPELL IS NAME RIGHT "LENO"
I love when people levy subjective arguments like left wing bias. Tells me you don't think for yourself, or think at all for that matter....
Exactly right. Their left wing agenda is clear and just like so much of the print media, they do not care what the people want, they will keep putting out their propoganda even though more and more people aren't buying it. Hmmm... sounds just like the Dems cramming their health care plan down the throats of a huge majority of people who oppose it. I guess NBC and the Dems know whats best for us.
I really don't think you meant to use 'henceforth' there.
FOX news I am sure!
I have cable and record Leno. Wouldn't miss him. He is better than Dave that I don't even record or rarely even see who is on Letterman. I fast forward interview time, like recent Bill Cosby and his Rap crap, whatever that was. But I love his Headline, Police Blog, Jay walking. And love it when he asks college students question that they should know. I love how how works a crowd.
And everyone post negative remarks about Leno. If you really didn't like you would not have wasted time Here posting about him. Wingnuts.
cancellation forthwith, hereafter referred to as "nbc's leftist plot to misinform america henceforth" will be a new fox show hosted by sarah palin. spoiler alert, the caribou did it.
"Henceforth" means "from this time forward". It doesn't work in the context of your sentence.
Hey, alfredo,
Since you're so fed up with liberal bias in the news that you're leaving the networks, here's a great cable news show for you:
The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
They not only report what people do and say, they actually let you see proof of whether its BS or true. And it's funny. Way better than that elite feminist pinko tree-hugging crap that Sarah Palin spews on Fox.
I love it when the "hired" help publicly chastises the corporation. Good for Leno and O'Brien. It makes one wonder just who holds the real power for late night television. NBC will probably say it was a publicity stunt designed to get viewers to watch the current slot "Jay Leno Show." Now that would be funny!

I agree. Let the mutiny begin!
For the money they have made over the years, neither should gripe too much. It kept Jay in fancy cars!!
Let them both leave and get some good scripts for dramas.
These totally not funny hacks feel that they somehow deserve good ratings and they get pissy with the network when it doesn't happen. Did they ever think of being funny? That might help.
