Yele Foundation – Haiti was in trouble before a devastating 7.0 quake hit the island nation on Tuesday. But unlike many of the world's most impoverished countries, Haiti has an outspoken and very public celebrity spokesman living in the developed world. Heidi Montag Plastic Surgery – "For the past three years, I've thought about what to have done," 'Hills' star Heidi Montag tells PEOPLE. "I'm beyond obsessed," she says of the numerous cosmetic procedures she's endured since 2007 when she kicked off her plastic surgery binge with a nose and breast job. Last November she went under the knife again, this time undergoing a shocking 10 plastic surgery procedures in a single day. Shawn Hornbeck – The 18-year-old kidnap victim appeared on the 'Today Show' Wednesday morning on the third anniversary of his rescue from a four and a half year ordeal. Hornbeck was abducted by St. Louis pizza shop manager Michael Devlin in 2002, and tortured and sexually assaulted at Devlin's apartment just an hour away from Hornbeck's home. The victim's family never lost hope that Shawn was alive, despite a psychic announcing on national TV that he was dead. In Jan. 2007 Devlin struck again, but left a trail of clues that led to the apartment where Shawn was being kept. The kidnapper is currently serving 72 life terms and an additional 170 years in prison. Shawn, meanwhile, has graduated from high-school ahead of schedule, and he's now a spokesman kidnap victims like himself and Jaycee Dugard.
