Yuck! Heidi Montag is a pig, and so is that faggish loser of a husband of hers. They are the cruellest joke ever put on tv, and seem to have only one function in life. That is to sicken as many people as they can at every chance they get. To hell with them both.
Hard to tell on magazine cover when it is all photo shopped what she really looks like. She looked fine before and she looks fine afterward just no longer like her self. Looks really are not her problem, personality, character and judgement is where she needs the doctors.

That's so sad. She must be so insecure, that's probably why she's with Spencer. If he were a real man he'd make her feel beautiful without all of that plastic surgery. If you you ask me that's part of him controlling her, making her feel like she's never pretty enough. She's gonna end up looking like Michael Jackson if she's not careful. All those women in Hollywood over 40 have that same Alien look big puffy lips, weird looking cheeks, and pulled back eyes how anyone could want to look like that is beyond me. If she keeps goin under surgery for spencer then they really shouldnt be together and she deserves better then him. But love blinds people. So its her choice. If she wants to look like MJ then I say let her. But people are gonna make fun of her eventually.

Wow, what a shame! She was a beautiful young woman before. On the People cover, her nose looks like it was done by Michael Jackson's surgeon (not a good thing!), her brows look like she is permanently surprised, and the boobs just look unnatural. She had a lovely smile with adorable cheeks and now all I can think when I look at her is she looks sallow.
I have never been fond of Speidi because he is such a jerk and she just lets him get away with stuff so they can be "famous". And I hate the way they have used Jesus and Christianity.
What a sad situation when a woman thinks she needs to do something like this rather than be proud of who she is to begin with. And how sad is it that people don't feel worthy anymore unless they are famous.
