In the new issue of PEOPLE, Heidi Montag reveals her new look and admits that she had 10 plastic surgery procedures done in one day.

"For the past three years, I've thought about what to have done. I'm beyond obsessed," she says.

obviuosly she is an attention seeker but i quite feel sorry for her. im not a fan fan of hers but looking at the before and after pictures, im quite dissapointed as she was so beautiful before. U cant blame it all on heidi though, as America is full of people who judge her by her looks, and they bully you if your not pretty. Its not fair on her or any other celebrity. I think if shes happy with the plastic surgery, then good for her, but i hope she doesnt do anymore as she is putting her life at risk. Maybe if she stopped the attention seeking and just stayed in the background for abit to concentrate on whats really important, then people will start to like her....Heidi, get your life sorted before you do drastic things again. Also, I think shes better off without spenser. Everyone has found out who he really is, and to be honest he needs to leave her alone. Hes a nasty peice of work! :/
