Jimmy Fallon Pants on the Ground – General Larry Platt created a little monster in "Pants on the Ground." The ghetto ditty has wormed itself into the national consciousness since being performed Wednesday night on 'American Idol.' Jimmy Fallon put his own spin on the sensation Thursday night, opening his show with a Neil Young-ified version of the internet anthem. It's sure to be only the first in hundreds of future interpretations. Perhaps Simon was right about his "horrible feeling the song could be a hit."

Yele Donations – "Slacktivism" is better than doing nothing. Over 200,000 people texted "YELE" to 501501 on Tuesday and Wednesday, nudging the total donated to Wyclef Jean's Haitian relief fund above $1 million during the span. The figure is a 24-hour world record. But Yele organizers aren't satisfied. Albe Angel, CEO of Give on the Go, thinks Yele can pull in $1 million per day. That goal would be a lot more reasonable should Tiger Woods donate $3 million to the cause, as Russell Simmons has been suggesting he'd do. "Tiger Woods is working on sending a mobile hospital with 50 EMTs to go set up a triage," the rap mogul announced Wednesday. "I am just asking for his heart and his hand."

Heidi Collins – It's not exactly on the magnitude of newsworthiness of Conan leaving 'The Tonight Show,' but it's news nonetheless. Today was the last day to see Heidi Collins behind the CNN newsdesk. The seven year CNN vet will not have her contract renewed, and CNN Newsroom anchor Kyra Phillips will take her place. There's no word yet on Collins' future plans.

Fallon has morre talent than jay or conan, And is really creative not to mention the fact he is staying above the drama. I think Jays momma would be let down with the way he has done his turn obrien had a long standing deal.
