Oh, I am concerned and it breaks my heart. If she was with her rightful mother she would have BETTER CLOTHES, BETTER FOOD, BETTER and CLEANER HOUSE, BRIGHTER FUTURE, HER EMOTIONAL STABILITY would not be affected, her Press would not be MIXED and sometimes NEGATIVE about her looks. Concerned Parent, did I misunderstand, or are you saying she's rightfully your child? That's easy to solve. If there's any truth to it, lawyers would be fighting each other for a chance to prove that Miley Cyrus was taken away without your consent (You said you signed no papers) and to restore her to her rightful parent. A good lawyer could do it easily.

However, since there is no mention of Miley being adopted, and since she looks exactly like her parents and siblings, I'm guessing you're full of it--or delusional. Take your pick.

Billy Ray Cyrus and Trish are her real parents. Her mother was married before and had a son that Billy Ray adopted, but Miley belongs to them.

Ummm she is not adopted the Cyrus' is her bio;ogical parents, she is the eldest child of the two union together and like the third eldest for her mother. But concerned parent if you don't like the young lady don't watch or read up on news about her.

An engagement ring can have any stone one desires. I have an opal in my ring, because I met my fiancé in October, and a year later he proposed. After looking at rings with diamonds, I just didn't see anything that appealed to me that was in his budget. When I saw the opal, which is the birthstone for October, I knew that's what I wanted.

You really need to get a life! Get real - SHE'S A TEENAGER! Do you expect her to dress and look like Audrey Hepburn? She dresses and acts like every other normal teenage American girl. And that's how it SHOULD be. If you can find me ONE, just ONE teenage girl in today's society that dresses in a tasteful, respectful, decent, classy manner than I'll give you a million bucks. I'm not saying I like how they all dress, but that this is the norm. They ALL have crazy wild fingernails, hair styles, earrings and jewelry. The trick as a parent now is to let them win these small little battles and hope as they mature they start to develop some taste and style as they move into the adult professional working world. You can only lead by example. You also pray and battle to keep them away from the tatoos, multiple piercings and other things that actually could be dangerous and permanent. So get out of that log you must live in and wake up and see that she's just being a teenage girl and get off her back. It just flabbergast me how many supposedly mature adult people in this country actually detest and downright hate this child they've NEVER met in their life and know NOTHING about. It's insane! And the STUPID people who keep saying her father is riding to fame on her coat tails, what rock have they been under? I guess they've never heard of Achy Braky heart. I hate it, but it made him famous and he was famous LONG before Miley ever came around. So folks, stop being jealous of a teenage girl, for that's what it is, just that plain old green eyed monster and if you want fame and riches, go out and earn them for yourself.
