Judge Allows Charlie Sheen To See Wife Brooke Mueller In Hospital

So how was Charlie Sheen able to visit his ailing wife Brooke Mueller despite that pesky thing called a temporary restraining order?

On Wednesday, a Colorado judge temporarily relaxed the protective order against Sheen, allowing the star to be at his wife's bedside.

"Defendant may be in Ms. Sheen's presence in the hospital and may communicate with her in the hospital where she has been admitted so long as she remains in the hospital and admitted to the hospital for medical reasons," the order states.

Sheen will be on a short leash. "Defendant shall terminate any contact immediately upon the request of Ms. Sheen or any of her health care providers," the order continues.

"No communication shall violate the 'no harassment' terms of the Protection Order."

Mueller was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday with a 105-degree fever caused by an infection contracted from a wisdom-tooth surgery earlier in the week. Sheen was spotted visiting the ICU shortly thereafter.

Brooke needs Charlie by her side.This just shows that she knows she was wrong for making up all those lies about him and needs Charlie to make things better again.That Charlie is a Great Guy..UH UH UH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHH FIRST AGAIN DOGG..UH UH UH WHAT ?? WHAT??

What it really means is that her condition is really critical. His past history with females speaks tons about him...he is a maggot and shoould have to wear a sign and ring a bell when he goes out in public.

BROOKE IS BEING VISITED BY SHEEN NOW BUT THE NEXT TIME IT MAY BE THE MORGUE. SHE BETTER GET OUT OF DODGE NOW BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. THIS GUY HAS A HISTORY OF ABUSING WOMEN.
