I go along with Rosie O'donnell; all of theses millionaire entertainers are going to go on TV and want us to donate to Hati. I say you first; everysingle one of you; and dont give us
this "I gave my time"; your time doesnt feed, house or cloth a hungry person; most of us are wanting to help you are doing nothing but showing where to donate. You have too much so you share and we will

Here's the lesson: many of those celebrities don't have as much as you think. Only a handful who have the means donated and have gone/are going to Haiti. Others use what they got: their "celebrity" to help raise more money. Remember, even more "celebrities" who didn't give a cent, their time or even a taped message wont participate BUT will be on TV crying the blues next week when their million dollar homes are swept downhill because of the rainstorms in California now.
To Michael::: How about YOU donate something?? A dollar? Something? Then maybe just maybe you can get YOUR buddies to all kick in a buck?? Then maybe you can reach out to Pat Robertson and Rush (boss hogg) Limbaugh to kick in something, as well all know the have deep pockets..Keeping in mind that Rush is an IDIOT and Pat Robertson has scammed more money then anyone and that the Moral Majority is NEITHER...NOW PUT UP OR SHUT UP IDIOT

How about the fact that we have already given although get no credit for it. Whos tax payment are included in the what 50-100 mil that Obama has set aside for them. That is our money that could probably go to good use right here in our own country. No one is donating any medical to me who sits here with no insurance. That money came from our taxes.
PEANUT I AGREE WE NEVER TAKE CARE OF OUR OWN HERE IN USA. I AM AN IMMIGRANT FROM UK NOW US CITIZEN,I GIVE AS MUCH AS I CAN TO USA KIDS, I THOUGHT AT ONE TIME WE HAD NO POOR WHITE KIDS, ALL I SAW WAS POOR BLACK KIDS I MIGHT ADD THE SAME ONES I SAW 19 YEARS AGO.WE HAVE KIDS IN W VIRGINIA WE NEVER HEAR ABOUT, LETS HELP THEM

While a small part of me wants to agree with people who say "why are we always the country to spear head ALL charity projects around the world." Its amazing how the united states is ALWAYS called upon to "save the day", and, then immediately criticized for its handling of the problem. BUT, The fact Amercia can be counted on to "ride in and save the day" is, what makes this country great. After all of oue fighting either verbally, or physically, we still have a huge humanitarian movement in this country. With a population that cares about its fellow man. And, unfortunately, it takes great disasters to bring out that spirit.

Why do we need to know who is manning the phone lines.I hope these celebrities are giving money,as well as their time.It shouldn't matter what celebrities are there,if people want to give money to Haiti, then they will give, and not because there are celebrities answering the phones.Millions of people gave money to Haiti, and they didn't give their names.

And the folks in Haiti will see the money in about 17 years.

All these politically correct stars want to be seen on this telethon, but how much is each one of these stars giving? If each one gave a few million each, a marathon would not be needed!!!

We need help right here in the USA. We are broke! Businesses are leaving this country every day. We are trying to help other countries and are not taking care of our own!
