Comedian Andy Dick has been arrested on two felony counts of sexual abuse, according to a report on TMZ. Dick was taken into custody this morning in West Virginia; he is being held at the Western Regional Jail and is due to be arraigned sometime today.Dick is currently on probation over an earlier incident where he was arrested for sexual assault. He allegedly pulled down a teenager's top outside of a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in CA, and a search of the apparently intoxicated entertainer revealed drugs on his person. He accepted a plea to a lesser charge of battery in 2008.

The people of WV didn't plea bargain with him, that was CA two years ago.
He looks like a child molester-but I thought he'd be more apt for teenage boys. Can someone explain why Charlie went to jail and Tiger's wife didn't? Are the laws different for domestic abuse based on sex or are the laws for everyone?

The people of West Virginia DO take allegations of sexual abuse very seriously. That's why he was arrested and locked up. But like all American citizens in non-capital cases, he is entitled to post bail. Then he will be tried and if convicted, do the time. I'm not really happy with this system (democracy), but it's better than anything that's ever been tried before.

what is the proccupation with prison rape? people seem to love the idea like its on there minds alot, prison rape is mostly a myth, people who are haters love to talk about it and talk show hosts make jokes about it, nothin funnier than a good old rape. you dont even know what happened and your condeming him to be raped, maybe its a woman just looking for money and is making it up, maybe she deseveres a good old funny rape.
