Andy Dick Arrested for Sexual Abuse

Comedian Andy Dick has been arrested on two felony counts of sexual abuse, according to a report on TMZ. Dick was taken into custody this morning in West Virginia; he is being held at the Western Regional Jail and is due to be arraigned sometime today.

Dick is currently on probation over an earlier incident where he was arrested for sexual assault. He allegedly pulled down a teenager's top outside of a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in CA, and a search of the apparently intoxicated entertainer revealed drugs on his person. He accepted a plea to a lesser charge of battery in 2008.

The comedian was in Huntington, WV for a gig at the Funny Bone.

Plea bargaining is just plain wrong- and it doesn't "rehabilitate" anyone. If criminals actually got what they deserved, a lot of wannabe thugs might wise up. Also, when they catch a criminal red-handed, he shouldn't be allowed to plead innocent.

Just a quick reply about the rapes in jail and sending the cons to fight in Iraq,, well im an older male, i spent some time in prison, only three days, the thing about rape in prison is, i didnt see any, didnt hear of any, as for the going to iraq bit, i did try that, i told them i would go to iraq if they would send one person home, i told them i would go one year for each day in jail, i was told no, im in good health, not great health but not bad, im older so i dont really have anything to look forward to, im single with no family, so if i got killed it would be no big deal, but they still told me no, but thats our government, let some young person get killed who has a family, somebody that has nothing to loose cant go,

I'm not sure if most of you know, but he has 3 children ( one from a marriage and the oter two from a relationship. He also says he is bisexual. He still needs to be locked up.

It did not say if it was a child or a teen it said that he had earlier charges from when he pulled a teens top down, however it did not say as far as the new sexual abuse charge how old the child was. In any case he should be locked up.

The incident he is on probation involved a 17 yr old girl. he exposed her breasts. the incident in WV accuses him of groping 2 men's privates and the huntington WV paper says there have been other incidents which involve this pervert which have not gone to court. do a little research and you can easily find out the details.
