Lady Gaga Loses Cool in 2005 TV Prank

Lady Gaga is unflappably cool, but her alter ego Stefani Germanotta is a different story. Some unearthed footage of a pre-Gaga Germanotta freaking out during an MTV-staged prank is fun to watch, but we have to admit - all things considered, little Lady Gaga didn't go as nuts as we might have.

Watch the video and decide for yourself:

The prank occurred during a taping of MTV's 'Boiling Point' in 2005; the show placed unsuspecting test subjects in irritating situations. The unwitting contestants were awarded $100 if they stayed calm for the full duration of the prank.

Needless to say, Lady Gaga walked out without the cash.

Everyone slamming Lady Gaga for being fake or what not, is just jealous. Go be a failed singer/actress on your own time and allow people to enjoy the music they want to enjoy and the celebrities they look up to.

Lady Gaga would be NOTHING if it wasn't for Perez Hilton. He singlehandedly put her on the pop music map. She'd still be stripping if it wasn't for his brilliance in identifying her and making her famous.

Could you have possibly butchered the English language any worse? It's "obvious" that you lack a proper education, that you think "gay guys" are the only persons to know anything about hair styling, and your sentence structure is absolutely horrid! Where were your punctuation marks? I would also like to add, you do not have to type in capitalized letters to get attention, it is very rude as some people take it as a form of yelling, very annoying. If you want to get attention, write something that shows you have a higher intelligence than a pet rock. Sure, I like some of Lady Gaga's songs and she was actually not bad on SNL, whether singing or in skits. However, I think the best form of flattery is also perhaps repeating something or someone that was also successful...Madonna. Both women are Italian-Americans (like myself), originally from NY. I'm not sure about LG telling others that she was originally from London, or the UK, but remember when Madonna had a thick English accent for awhile herself? I thought that was a bit overboard, whether she was married to Guy Ritchie then, or not. Whatever. So, I'm guessing LG emulated herself and her career after Madonna. If it works and she's happy, so be it.
