Like he is the only one who has given his child an extravagant birthday party. That series has been on tv for years now so I don't think hes the only one being extravagant in this country. It is at least his money. It stated in the article plainly that he donated ten(10)million to Haiti. So what is yourproblem. It's not like he went to the govenment for a handout then turned around and spit in our faces by rewarding workers with bonuses when they should have been rewarded with nothing less than termination for getting the country in the shape it is in. What about the CEO who gave his wife a party just as extravagant a few years ago with money that did not belong to him? Was that "ghetto"? What about Bernard Madoff? Was he "ghetto"? Lose the double standard, people please. Why can"t we all just be happy that someone can afford to do even if we do think its excessive.I wouldn't do it but I don't condemn him because it is his money after all.

I wouldn't have given my 16 year old a car like that, but it is his money, he can do what he wants. And who are we to presume what he's teaching his son, or what kind of restrictions have been placed on him as far as when and where he can drive, if they let him drive it at all. It could have been just for publicity's sake. I'm glad he donated SOMETHING to Haiti, how many rich celebrities have donated nothing...

I really don't see what a 16 year old can do with a MAYBACH.Money really cant buy LOVE..

Money can't buy love but unlike you Piddy had the money to buy his son (the one he love) that nice car. Get over it and move on, it's none of you business.
We need to spend our money wisely, the money our children spend on sean coomb's music bought this young man a car. It is time that the consumers put their foot down and stop buying those expensive CD's. Here in America we have people starving to death and he has the nerve to broadcast how much he spend on a car for a 16 yr old. Don't he know that fast money bring about untimely accidents. What values is he teaching his son? What happened to morals and building character. That is why so many "Rich Children" are drinking and drugging at such a young age. They don't know that they need to work to get good things.
SHAME ON YOU SEAN COOMBS, for not teaching you child the value of a dollar. A PENNY EARNED IS A PENNY SAVED, you will not be around always to give and then what will he do? Think about. The Bible say "RASISE A CHILD IN THE WAY AND THEY WILL NEVER STRAY" this is true for every path you choose in life.

NEFE...and just who are you to judge someone based on what you see and hear on tv and the media? It's not your choice what Diddy or any other FAMOUS or RICH person in AMERICA spends thier money on or who they spend it on. And also...please, please show me in the LAW where it says once you are rich you are required to save the country or even the world!!? Would you be saying this to Donald Trump or Bill Gates..because they are Billionaires not Millionaires!! And how much ahve YOU donated to Haiti or any other foundation? Im not rich but i donate to a different orginazation every freakin year, and have been doing so for the past 12 years while serving my country! YOU should be ashamed of yourself passing judgment on another person...it says that in the Bible also am i right?????? Stop the HATING..its sad!
This car was about Diddy's ego not his son. No kid should ever get a car that expensive. Kids should start with a used car or at least a inexpensive one so they learn how to appreciate things. They also should have to work to help pay for it. In desperate times like these it's ridiculous to flaunt and throw away money. He could have helped so many with that money.

I'm so glad i didn't grow up being spoiled. once these spoiled kids get out on their own they are lost, and their parents will have to keep getting them out of trouble for the rest of their lives. that car will probably be wrecked within the next few months or less. and all that money he wasted on that BOY could have gone to Haiti.

What a sad, miserable excuse of a human being you are using that word...this is 2010 take off the sheet!
did I read that correctly?
At least he brought his son a car and not supplied him with drugs and boozes like the rich white stars are doing for their kids.
KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK PIDDY because the WHITE people are watching you!
How shameful. What a despicable human he is.

Are you a shame that you can't afford your child a nice car like that? Why is that a shame? We need to stop looking into other people windows and worry about ourselves and our homes. Keep up the great work Piddy!
Excess is wrong; but it is his money. Is it just me but that looks like an old man car, not a cool car; maybe expensive tho it is it is safe; rich mans version of a heavy old car for the son.

Why are all of you so negative. He can give his son anything he wants to give his son. He earned the money and it is his life. So he spent a lot of money, we all spend too much some time. Stop hating, at least he is taking care of his kid!!!

What is this saying to his son?? All the pain in the world, people who STRUGGLE to make there house payment, needing food selves. I wonder how many people that money would have feed. I do understand it is his money and he can do what he wants with it, but give me a break!!! Silver spoons!! Must be rough. I think the 16 YR old BOY should go to a soup kitchen or a shelter and see what the real world is about.

yes it is good being Diddy especially when your a drug dealing singer yes i said drug dealer he is black he is a singer and he deals drugs all those black rappers do even michael jackson sold drug but he was a child molester who sold drugs and those white girls who had babies from him should be ashamed of themselves

I also agree! It's gross to get such an expensive gift when people are starving to death in Haiti and around the world. What are we teaching our kids? That it's okay to buy such things if you have the money and who cares about people in need? I wish I had 100 thousand, so I could buy food for people in New York City.
