Despite Nancy Grace's best efforts, a judge has ruled that her testimony in the Florida wrongful death lawsuit of Melinda Duckett may be videotaped, the Associated Press is reporting.

Grace is blamed for inflicting so much emotional distress on Duckett that she was driven to suicide. The 21-year-old mother went on Grace's talk show in 2006 when her son went missing, and Grace accused her of hiding something. Duckett killed herself the next day.

Grace's lawyers were attempting to save her from the embarrassment of leaked video.
