Despite Nancy Grace's best efforts, a judge has ruled that her testimony in the Florida wrongful death lawsuit of Melinda Duckett may be videotaped, the Associated Press is reporting.Grace is blamed for inflicting so much emotional distress on Duckett that she was driven to suicide. The 21-year-old mother went on Grace's talk show in 2006 when her son went missing, and Grace accused her of hiding something. Duckett killed herself the next day.
Grace's lawyers were attempting to save her from the embarrassment of leaked video.

Just like Grace to want something special..Everything should be shown. Maybe she'll watch her big mouth from now on...It's doubtful actually, but a hope. She's a piece of work, that one.

Amen! Karma is something else, isn't it! I'm soooo over Nancy Grace and her rude self! She constantly interrupts her guest, especially if they don't think along the same lines as her.
I quit watching her for that reason!
How does this mother of 2 sleep at nite knowing she was indirectly the reason this young mother took her life. This girl was a mother and someone was her mother & father!!

As much as I like Nancy Grace, and admire her for her work and sharpness, I think that she was a bit too hard on the lady that died. Like we said " Se le fue la mano". She did not took in consideration the mental state and feelings of a mother who had lost a child.

Well... DID the mother have something to hide? I didn't follow this story, but was the child ever found? It seems to me that, no matter the mental state this young woman was in when she killed herself, this was an admission of guilt. Forgive me if I am mistaken; as I stated, I did not follow the story.
nancy should change her name to nancy DISGRACE.what man in the world could picture waking up next to that crude nasty ugly loudmouthed whore.

you all my think she is "rude big mouth"etc.but if my child were missing, or any of my loved ones she would be the first i would call i really would'nt care who she piised off.I WOULD WANT THAT PITT BULL IN MY CORNER.

What would she do for you? Nothing other than post your child's photo. She couldn"t care less if your child was found. I would be the first if you asked me to help you look day and night. Would she personally, fly to your home town and organize a search party? Heck no she wouldn't. Look at her law track record of how many cases were thrown out of of court or were mistrials because she could not follow the the rules and ethics of law. How about those families.
Only one problem, she is not a prosecutor anymore and the producers of that show lied to the young lady about helping her to get the message of her missing child out there, instead the Dis Grace accused her of lying and of knowing where her child was to be found. It was obvious the woman was distraught because she looked like death warmed over. Dis Grace is only a screaming mess.
Of course she didn't want the damning evidence allowed in court. If she weren't so damning herself holding herself up as Judge & Jury she wouldn't be in this mess and perhaps the other person involved in this case would still be alive! That's for the court and jury to decide.

In some ways, I understand what you're saying. I guess I have my doubts that this girl killed herself because of what Nancy Grace said. I believe she probably had something to do with her child missing. If that wasn't the case, she'd have stayed alive to keep trying to find her child.
Well, If she had ever watched Nancy before she went on, she should of known she was going to be grilled ...if she was so fragile, she should have never went on the show, she made the choice to do it, she could have left. Its sad, but a person is responsible for there own actions, people always blame someone else for all the wrongs in there life..... She should have never went on....the show period, she knew she would have to face some tough questions, all in all its a tragedy

Blame the dead woman, right on. I hope nothing bad ever happens to you because you will be blamed for allowing it to happen, which in your case would probably be true.
Nancy should be tried for 2nd degree murder or manslaughter charges the way she treated that young mother. She clearly caused that girl to kill herself. Therre is no place on tv for Nancy's bitterness toward life. look at her record how many cases were dropped in Fulton County or forced mistrials because she could not play by the rules. She is a dirty lawyer who gives a bad name to those who practice under the ethics of law.
