Will Ferrell, Wife Welcome Third Son Axel

Will Ferrell and wife Viveca Paulin welcomed their third son, Axel Ferrell, on Saturday morning, Jan. 23, in Los Angeles, his rep tells PEOPLE.

"All the Ferrells are well," his rep adds.

Ferrell met his son just hours after performing 'Free Bird' on the final 'Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien.' The couple, who wed in 2000, already have two sons together -- 5-year-old Magnus and 3-year-old Mattias.

Ferrell and Paulin, 40 who met in an acting class 15 years ago, announced the pregnancy in September and seemed excited to add another boy to the bunch.

Ferrell is set to star in 'Megamind' and 'The Other Guys' later this year.

I like him and thought he was a cool guy to step in for Conan's final show. I saw her one the show but didn't realize till now that the hippie girl named "Dawn" was actually his wife. They must have a pretty cool relationship to do things like that together. Congratulations! Micheal and Rick- you guys sound like the POS's.

The people are the ones that make a actor, or actress. This man wont even sign an autograph for anyone. I do like his work, but as a person, not so much. Will is hilarious, but hes as rude to people as he can get. I wouldnt go to see one of his movies if someone paid me to.
