Harvey WeinsteinMiramax Films, once a dominant force in Hollywood and especially at the Academy Awards, is closing its books after 31 years. The studio, which released such classic movies as 'The English Patient,' 'Pulp Fiction' and 'The Crying Game,' will now be retained by Disney and release only a handful movies each year.
