No more Mr. Nice Guy for Neil Patrick Harris. The "How I Met Your Mother" star turned fill-in "American Idol" judge vowed to be even nastier than Simon Cowell before the show even started. Asked what he hoped to accomplish in the judge's chair, he responded, "My goal is to shatter the dreams of thousands. If I make two to three thousand people cry, I have done my job."
Maybe he was joking a little bit with that. But there were plenty of tears on the show from failed contestants. More than 11,000 people showed up at the Dallas auditions with some 31 receiving passes to Hollywood. There were still plenty of opportunities to say "no" for all the judges.

Right off the bat I thought he was an A**. And his lack of musical knowledge just made his "performance" STUPID and pointless. Why put on a judge who can't judge? Even the singers aren't qualified to "Judge" all they can do is sing. If it were up to them there would be no new singers to steal the limelight.
I guess a payday is a payday.

How I Met Your Mother should be re-named "No talent Barney Stinson Show". This show totally lost me when it began to focus entirely on the Barney character who put women down in every episode. This show revolves solely around his character or lack of. I no longer watch it for this reason.
