Sandra Bullock and her husband Jesse James continued to battle in court with his ex-wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder. The judge denied Lindemulder visitation rights to see Sunny, her six year old daughter, who has lived with her father James and Bullock since January 2009, E! News reports.

FYI, she can't have children. I went thru something similar, my stepdaughter was 2 and is now 28 and her so-called mother is still a crackhead! She loves me & her father dearly for keeping her out of that lifestyle. Every situation is different and giving birth does NOT make you a parent!

From what I've read, the ones keeping Sunny away from her mother is the Judge and Janine herself. She's obviously not doing the things that she's supposed to be or she wouldn't be in a halfway house for parole violation!

Sandra is not denying the mother's right to see her child. the courts denied her visitation. apparently there is a reason. Sandra is merely backing up her husband. no one but them know the situation. can't be good though since the courts won't give the mom visitation rights.

No one is denying the bio person her parental rights....she gave up her rights when she decided doing drugs, making porn films and going to jail were more important than the child she gave birth to.
You people who claim Bullock is trying to hold onto this child because she can't have her own need your heads examined...Believe it or not there are people in this world who want what's best for children, even if they aren't biologically their own....AND BY THE WAY...HAS EVERYONE FORGOTTEN THAT JAMES IS THE BIOLOGICAL FATHER...who just happens to have his rights...which he wasn't allowed to exercise until the biomom went to jail.
