Following a Christmas Day incident where Charlie Sheen allegedly assaulted his wife Brooke Mueller, the 'Two and a Half Men' star will be charged with felony menacing and misdemeanor assault, TMZ reports.According to TMZ, the charges will be filed either Friday or Monday.
Sheen is to appear in court on Monday for an arraignment, but is not expected to enter a plea at this time. At the hearing, the judge will also rule on the protective order that keeps the actor from seeing Mueller -- something the couple both reportedly want changed.

To Patsy....Bogus...you need to read the report...you are someone who does not know what they are talking about...if you don't know you should keep your mouth shut. Both were drinking at friends and should not have been. She asked for divorce. Argument continued until early morning. He (Charlie) pulled knife on her which police found in his bag(open). Red marks on her neck observed by police. He (Charlie) threatened her and told her he was going to kill her or hire an ex-cop to do it. In the past, he shot Kelly Preston (John Travolta's wife) in the arm when they were dating. I guess only if she was found dead would you and some others believe it? Little too late then. Hopefully, they can convict without Brooke as sometimes women get afraid or were threatened if they testify against them. Charlie is a big looser and needs serious help in more than one area. Brooke needs help also for drinking and domestic violence for victims for her child...but that does not mean it was her fault or she was lying....stop being stupied!!!!

I agree with you 100%, I wonder how many in the "News" Media would hold up under the same scrutiny they put on entertainers, I have a feeling there would be much fewer outlets throwing stones.

Wow man....A government conspiracy now....Put down the pipe man. He and his wife were drunk Xmas morning and were fighting, As a cop I know it happens about 5 times a day for me. So he speaks out against the government and they make him somehow get drunk and pull a knife on his wife. Huummm Sounds logical to me.
