Prosecutors to Charge Charlie Sheen With Felony

Following a Christmas Day incident where Charlie Sheen allegedly assaulted his wife Brooke Mueller, the 'Two and a Half Men' star will be charged with felony menacing and misdemeanor assault, TMZ reports.

According to TMZ, the charges will be filed either Friday or Monday.

Sheen is to appear in court on Monday for an arraignment, but is not expected to enter a plea at this time. At the hearing, the judge will also rule on the protective order that keeps the actor from seeing Mueller -- something the couple both reportedly want changed.

Police arrested Sheen in Aspen, CO. on Dec. 25, on domestic violence charges.

To Connie...Both were drinking...he was not drunk...but he attached her and put his open knife to her throat and threatened to kill her as she wanted a divorce. Police found his knife in his bag open and saw red marks on Brooke's neck. What if that were you? Would it be your fault? think a little!

He is disgusting - prostitutes, wife beating, divorces and he actually reproduces - ewww. His show stinks and is as sick as he is. Women still marry him? I hope after his next divorce, he will stay single. Brooke Mueller is no prize, but I did feel sorry for her....what a rough year she's had. Sheen should grab Madam Heidi Fleiss, some legal cheerleader hookers and Tiger Woods. Then they can all go live the empty lives they are destined for.

A felony to us is a terrilbe thing to have. But I dont see who it would effect charlie. He has money, and wont need to have a application filled out for work. I hope it will effect him in some way. I never could stand any man thats hits a woman, no matter what shes done. He could have simply called the police, to have her removed from the home.

To Diana...Real funny!!!! It only took me a minute to think and write what I did. Probably took you a lot longer. I am not involved in their life nor do I wish to be. I just have the knowledge.Who made you God! I have a life...do you? Obviously not if you have to sit and write about my life! Oh and Diana, if Charlie did call the police does not mean they would remove Brooke from the home. They were both renting and she has as much right as he does to be there. And I ask you, removed for what basis? Are you for real?

SHE was the one that was drunk blowing a .13 and he had a .04! SHE is in REHAB for her drug/alcohol use he isn't. It might be a toxic relationship that shouldnt be together let alone party together......but I believe she was drunk off her arse and the aggressor, she's as much said so!
