Jon Gosselin Will Let Kids Film Again... Only If TLC Drops Lawsuit

Jon Gosselin is hoping to use his children to bargain with TLC. He has agreed to let TLC film his children again -- only if the network drops its lawsuit against him, RadarOnline.com reports. Last year, TLC had a breach of contract claim against him and won a preliminary injunction, prohibiting him from engaging in media appearances. But even if TLC lifts the ban, don't expect him to make a 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' comeback. "You can be sure that if the kids come back to TLC it will be only with Kate, not with Jon. And there's no guarantee that will happen either," a source said.

A judge ruled in December that Gosselin has been restricted from making money off his reality TV fame and is no longer receiving a TLC paycheck. His trial is scheduled to being in the Spring.

"Photos of Jon Gosselin with scores of bikini-clad women was inconsistent with our image brand of our show,"TLC Chief Operating Office Edward Sabin said in court.

Afterward, TLC issued this statement. "The Court has validated our view that Mr. Gosselin has a valid, binding contract and that he has breached it repeatedly. Step one – getting the court to order Mr. Gosselin to comply with his contractual obligations – has been accomplished. Any further breaches going forward will be violations of a court order. We look forward to the next phase of the litigation, which is to pursue our claim for damages resulting from Mr. Gosselin's numerous breaches."

But Gosselin's attorney Mark Heller trevealed, "You haven't seen the last of Jon Gosselin."

This news comes just one day after Kate Gosselin announced she would be co-hosting 'The View' again next month and be embarking on her new reality show later this year.

I've already e-mailed TLC and told them I won't watch Kate w or w/o the 8 miserable, unhappy, sad, sullen, talentless kids and that I will watch it once to make a list of sponsors who I will contact and tell them I am boycotting all of their products until K is off the air.

I agree don't drop the lawsuit This man is holding his kid hostage to benefit himself. We love the kids and although they love doing the show, holding them and bribing TLC is wrong. I say some one should let the judge know of his behavior. This is not the actions of a good dad.

Yep, I used to feel sorry for the dad, too, because Kate Gosselin is a ball-busting wench. But, the more I have to look into those creepy eyes that belong to John Gosselin, I feel more and more sorry for Kate. Not because she can't exploit her kids on TV anymore, but because John G is totally weird and nasty looking.
I've had more than enough of them both! Gross people with creepy eyes and bad reverse mullet. GO AWAY GOSSELINS!!! GO AWAY!

Who cares about the whole bunch of them? I like the news about the east coast getting lots of snow. I hope and pray everyday that the east coast from Atlanta ( especially the Weather Channel headquarters) to NY gets buried under no less than 60 inches of snow.

Praying for snow to cover the east coast is useless. Even covered with snow our beaches are better than California's which I assume you are forced to look at. We enjoy the snow during the winter. The change of seasons which a lot of this country doesn't get is uplifting of the spirit. We have a cold winter, beautiful spring, hot summer and really spectacular fall. What does the west coast get, wind, rain, fire, mud slides and earthquakes every other day. Give us the east coast anytime.

Steve...if you had ANY clue about infertility treatments, you wouldn't be mixing up the terminology. Kate did NOT do Invitro Fertilization (also known as IVF). She did a precedure call IntraUterine Insemination (also known as IUI). She took medication that would allow her body to produce more eggs, in hopes that one would fertilize. Her body released all those eggs, and by freak of nature, all of those eggs fertilized when the best of the best sperm was placed inside her. A doctor did not intervene by retrieving those eggs, making embryos outside the body, and re-implanting the embryos back inside her. Please stop spouting off to the world that she purposely created a bunch of babies, when clearly a true freak of nature event occurred.

Didn't he refuse TLC permission to film his kids anymore because he felt it was "damaging" to them? So, now it's OK by him to "damage" his kids???? This guy is morally bankrupt.
