Jon Gosselin Will Let Kids Film Again... Only If TLC Drops Lawsuit

Jon Gosselin is hoping to use his children to bargain with TLC. He has agreed to let TLC film his children again -- only if the network drops its lawsuit against him, RadarOnline.com reports. Last year, TLC had a breach of contract claim against him and won a preliminary injunction, prohibiting him from engaging in media appearances. But even if TLC lifts the ban, don't expect him to make a 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' comeback. "You can be sure that if the kids come back to TLC it will be only with Kate, not with Jon. And there's no guarantee that will happen either," a source said.

A judge ruled in December that Gosselin has been restricted from making money off his reality TV fame and is no longer receiving a TLC paycheck. His trial is scheduled to being in the Spring.

"Photos of Jon Gosselin with scores of bikini-clad women was inconsistent with our image brand of our show,"TLC Chief Operating Office Edward Sabin said in court.

Afterward, TLC issued this statement. "The Court has validated our view that Mr. Gosselin has a valid, binding contract and that he has breached it repeatedly. Step one – getting the court to order Mr. Gosselin to comply with his contractual obligations – has been accomplished. Any further breaches going forward will be violations of a court order. We look forward to the next phase of the litigation, which is to pursue our claim for damages resulting from Mr. Gosselin's numerous breaches."

But Gosselin's attorney Mark Heller trevealed, "You haven't seen the last of Jon Gosselin."

This news comes just one day after Kate Gosselin announced she would be co-hosting 'The View' again next month and be embarking on her new reality show later this year.

Jon Gosselin is disgusting, the best thing Kate could have ever done is getting rid of this greasy buterball. In the begining everyone felt sorry for him because Kate didn't treat him like a man, now you know why, because he is not one. I think Kate is an amazing woman, and Jon will never make it. I feel sorry for these kids, I hope they all don't grow up to be alcoholics and drug abusers. That is what the media will turn you into.

Don't care if I ever hear or see anything of Jon Gosselin ever again, but I love Kate and the kids, and if filming again helps her give them a better life, then go for it! I will watch it for sure. I love her and the kids. She is one lady who has her head on straight! Seriously!

Now instead of people hateing on Kate, everyone can see exactly what kind of 'man' Kate has been dealing with for all those years. A huge selfish, cheating little boy jon truely is. Kate only treated him like a child, because he acted just like one. Anyone of those kids, are more mature than their father is. Thats why Kate had to boss him around for help, he didnt want to contribute to his own children. Now finnaly, everyone can see how he really is. He would throw his own mother under a bus if it meant money for him. Why any woman would want to be with this huge loser, is a mystery. You go kate, and have lot of fun.

i was just thinking this morning how *wonderful* it has been to NOT see & hear about the GOSSELINS-i thought they were FINALLY gone....be gone-already

First of all, he is using his kids to get out of being sued, now that's rotten, second, if the kid's and kate get the show again,they won't bother him for money he figures. Third of all, the show should not go back on the air,for the kids sake, Kate and Jon both have to work and support those kids other ways,first, jon needs a smaller apt, and kate needs to get a smaller home and stop spending foolishly and jon too.

I agree with Leslie. Kate is great and I can't wait to see her on the View and on her own show. She's doing what she has to for her family and I applaud her efforts. Once again Jon is using his kids as bargaining chips with TLC - just as he did last year when TLC kicked him off the show. He should man-up and get a job just like Kate is doing. I really miss the kids. They're so adorable and fun to watch. For their sake it might be a good idea if TLC films just couple of special episodes during the year instead of a weekly show.
