Jon Gosselin Will Let Kids Film Again... Only If TLC Drops Lawsuit

Jon Gosselin is hoping to use his children to bargain with TLC. He has agreed to let TLC film his children again -- only if the network drops its lawsuit against him, RadarOnline.com reports. Last year, TLC had a breach of contract claim against him and won a preliminary injunction, prohibiting him from engaging in media appearances. But even if TLC lifts the ban, don't expect him to make a 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' comeback. "You can be sure that if the kids come back to TLC it will be only with Kate, not with Jon. And there's no guarantee that will happen either," a source said.

A judge ruled in December that Gosselin has been restricted from making money off his reality TV fame and is no longer receiving a TLC paycheck. His trial is scheduled to being in the Spring.

"Photos of Jon Gosselin with scores of bikini-clad women was inconsistent with our image brand of our show,"TLC Chief Operating Office Edward Sabin said in court.

Afterward, TLC issued this statement. "The Court has validated our view that Mr. Gosselin has a valid, binding contract and that he has breached it repeatedly. Step one – getting the court to order Mr. Gosselin to comply with his contractual obligations – has been accomplished. Any further breaches going forward will be violations of a court order. We look forward to the next phase of the litigation, which is to pursue our claim for damages resulting from Mr. Gosselin's numerous breaches."

But Gosselin's attorney Mark Heller trevealed, "You haven't seen the last of Jon Gosselin."

This news comes just one day after Kate Gosselin announced she would be co-hosting 'The View' again next month and be embarking on her new reality show later this year.

Jon, Jon, Jon- Have you not learned from all of the other times you have put your foot in your mouth? You contradict yourself all of the time. Please have your agent write down all of your lies when you tell them so you won't look like the selfish,self-centered, money grubing, idiot that you are. You will never get the publicity that you crave if you keep digging yourself deeper and deeper everytime you open your mouth. And be a man for once and accept responsibility for your actions. If you broke the contract you must pay like all the rest of us would have to do. You are no one special.

The Gosselins are so last year. Who cares what Kate will be screeching about on the View or TLC. There are so many other family shows to watch instead. I would rather watch the Little People, The Duggars, even the Cake guy.

I hope they never put jon gosselin in another show. I use to enjoy watching the show until the kids were just being put between there parents. They need to think of the kids first, because in the long run the kids are the one going to get hurt and grow up with problems because of there parents. Put ther differences aside and put your kids first for once.. Otherwise it will be on them when then kids have a crap loud of emmotional problems because of all there bullsh@t!!

PLEASE drop the lawsuit, then hold on tight to banning Jon from all of it. Even if Kate decided not to do the show again, it would drive that d-bag crazy that he won't see a penny of it ever again. What a colossal fool.

TLC please, enough is enough!!! Kate is just as repulsive and manipulating as Jon, if not more so. Using those poor children to make a buck is truly pathetic. These people don't need to be given another second of the public's time. They need to do what's best for their children and raise them out of the spot light for a change, allow them to have a chance at a some-what normal life. These children are nothing but pawns to these people. I can't imagine they have ever felt love from either of their disgusting, fame whore parents. Please, just let them go away and grow up like any other regular kid.

i love how all the hate is directed towards jon but everyone seems to be neglecting the fact the ole kate aint to much better.
