Charlie Sheen Charged With Felony, Misdemeanor

Charlie Sheen faces charges of felony menacing, misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief, after allegedly attacking his wife, Brooke Mueller, on Christmas Day, TMZ reports.

Sheen appeared in the Aspen court to hear the charges, but did not enter a plea.

In respect to the protective order against the 'Two and a Half Men' star, prohibiting him from seeing Mueller, the judge reduced it and he can now contact her.

According to TMZ, the couple hugged after the hearing. Sheen is expected back in court in March.

Police arrested the actor in Aspen, CO. on Dec. 25, on domestic violence charges.

We must unite & fight back against the unjust judicial system which continues to treat men like dogs & treats women, whom are 98 percent the aggressor in most domestics, like little innocent princesses. Charlie Sheen is one total loser. If it wasnt for his dad, he would be flipping burgers at buger king. His wife, no better either. they are two losers at life, with innocent children stuck in the middle. CPS should be checking on those children, after all they are a huge part of this 'family'. And just how much do they have to witness on a regular basis? If this happpened to anyone else, the children would be questioned.
