'Girls Gone Wild' founder Joe Francis has found himself on the losing end of yet another legal battle. According to TMZ, a judge has thrown out part of Francis' lawsuit against Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole.In August of 2009, the "filmmaker" allegedly assaulted Playmate Jayde Nicole at L.A.'s Guys & Dolls nightclub after the model poured her drink on him. Both Francis and Nicole filed lawsuits against each other alleging assault and battery, but Francis, who is no stranger to the legal system, decided to throw a few more charges in against Nicole.

Finally, someone is standing up to this ignorant monster! I hope Jayde takes him for everything she can and then I would ike to give her a medal for standing up to this washed up ugly piece of crap! Joe has spent way too long exploiting, assaulting, intimidating and raping(according to LA TImes). He needs to be stopped!
