Katherine Jackson on Conrad Murray: 'He's Lying, He's Guilty'

Dr. Conrad Murray not only faced involuntary manslaughter charges in a Los Angeles court Monday, the former doctor for Michael Jackson also faced intense anger from the grieving Jackson family.

After Murray entered a not-guilty plea in court, the family members in attendance fumed.

"He's just trying to save his own behind," Katherine Jackson told reporters, according to E! News. "He killed him."

"He's lying. He's guilty. Nobody was there but him."

Father Joe Jackson was predictably blistering as well. "I just want justice done and that was not justice," he told E! "I didn't like today's hearing at all."

Many Jackson family members were in attendance for the afternoon hearing, including his parents, brother Randy and sister La Toya.

"Michael was murdered, and although he died at the hands of Dr. Conrad Murray, I believe Dr. Murray was a part of a much larger plan," La Toya said in a statement. "There are other individuals involved, and I will not rest and I will continue to fight until all of the proper individuals are brought forth and justice is served."

It was just Michaels time to go we don't know how we are going to go in this world Mr.Murray was at the wrong place at the wrong time.I loved MJ he was BADD as they say in a GOOD way.
In the bible it says '' IT'S APPOINTED FOR A MAN TO DIE AND
THEN THE JUDGEMENT''.He served GODS purpose and he saw fit
to bring him home.MJ had suffered enough from man and what

MJ probably sought this doctor out and not vice versa, because he wanted to sleep, when he wanted too and not like the rest of us, to have almost a fight with a doctor to ge a prescription for sleeping. MJ, did what he wanted too and did not think of the consequences for him or his children. So he bought the doctor and if it was not this doctor, it woulde have been another one.

Oh my god, this is getting to much. Where was this family for the last 10 yrs. We have been able to see their son's years of drug use. How did they not see it. How did they allow him to take care of his kids? He was unable to take care of himself. They are using this doctor as a scapegoat. That whole family is nuts. They are nothing but a bunch of money hungry goofs.

Someone needs to face the reality that her son was a drug user and solely responsible for the stuff he put into his body, or let someone else put into his body.

The Jacksons are hurting because the light has gone out in their lives. Whether Michael took care on them or not is a mute point. Dr. Murray needs to tell the truth of exactly what happened. It will haunt the Jacksons forever if they do not know. I know, I have experienced a similar situation in my family and the pain never goes away. I believe Dr. Murray left Michael alone for a long time after giving him meds when he should have been there to monitor his respirations. When he came back to Michael it was too late and he knew it. He has tried to make himself look innocent but he is definitly quilty of mishandeling Michael and his treatment of him. You cannot blame the Jacksons at all. They love him so much and the pain is too great. We all miss him. Olivia

I had a worse childhood then Michael. My mother or father was with me just my grandmothers sister and her husband.My parents didn't have time for me and my sister. It was just about them. We conldn't have friend or talk on the phone or go anywhere. We got whipped and everything.You don't get over it.I fell like I was never loved by my parents.

Tell it like it is: Michael Jackson was on a course of destruction. YES...the doctor should have known better. Most doctors would not have signed on for this mess. So he's guilty in that repect. BUT even IF he or any other doctor refused MJ's requests...Michael Jackson was self perscribing meds and obtaining them illegally. He was taking so many things that Sooner or later he would have killed himself... Dr. Murray just made it sooner. Michael needed professional help for his additions and his mental problems.

I agree... This Doctor is in the wrong... In fact most doctors would not have given anyone that drug outside a hospital...and certainly NOT for a Sleep disorder. It's for operations in operating rooms.

In my opinion "This is it" killed Michael. The autopsy tells us that Michael"s weight was 136lbs. Which is good considering that in his twenties at one stage he went down to 105lbs. The autopsy also tells us that he had arthritis in his lower spine and knees. How in the world was he able to move as he did in the rehearsals? He also has a permanent lung inflammation which would have affected his breathing after a full session. Michael had a history of insomnia which went out of control during tours. I believe the doctor was genuinely trying to help him but was very negligent. Michael should never have been left alone and the doctor should have had a plan in case resuscitation was needed.
Interesting no hard drugs in Michael's system. I believe Michael wanted a perfect performance the way he always carried it out.
The loss makes me very sad and can only imagine how his mother and kid's must feel

you r right. the only drugs found in him were the ones that the Dr. gave him. I watched THIS IS IT. you could tell he was not messed up and it would have been one h-- of a concert. Where did this dr. get the drug from to have that many bottles in the house? And who was he talking to 4 over 40mins. while michael was laying dying.Michael may u now rest in peace.they can't hurt u anymore. love u michael you were the best.

There was a thing I was watching about MJ not to long ago about a friend of his he would call at nite when he couldn't sleep.He would talk about different things and then would say to his friend they r going to try and kill me.he was afraid 4 his life.what does anyone have to say about this?give an answer if u have one please

Dr. Murray should have taken the high road and told Micheal Jackson to not only get out of his office, but reported Micheal to child services because he was a drug addict with underage children in his care. He's a disgrace to the medical field.

Michael Jackson made his own decisions. Like he said in one of his interviews, "he's the captain of his own ship". Not like Dr. Murray broke into his house and injected a propofal IV drip into his arm every night. Drug addicts die, plain and simple.

The family wants to crucify Dr. Murray, but guess what Jackson family? Your precious Michael was a prescription drug addict and no different than a street drug addict. He used his name and power to persuade greedy doctors to prescribe dangerous drugs to him all the time. It's sad, but Michael's arrogance is 99% responsible for his own death.

The POINT is that this man is a licensed DOCTOR......who knew that this medication was ILLEGAL to use outside a hospital setting, and without proper life saving equipment! I think most people (myself included) have asked their doctors for different meds they have heard about, etc., but if it's not SAFE, the DOCTOR says "NO"!! The amount of Propofol alone in him should be enough convict! DOES NOT MATTER "IF" he was addicted to anything....the "doctor" was negligent! If they didn't have a case, they would NOT have brought charges...think they want to lose???? RIP Michael.......so many loved you, no matter what these morons say!
